While it's not a Koikatsu model (such models are known for their horrible jaws when viewed from an angle), it's still a store-bought 3D asset bought from another shop and cooked into the game. Your task is to run around looking for a stair in a randomly generated map, for 30 floors and your reward is like 4 positions in 5-8 different angles. Skip.

Generic Koikatsu model, the gameplay boils down to "hope the RNG decides to put the stairs somewhere you can actually reach before a near-unavoidable fast enemy gets you". Overall, just kinda terrible.
