You play as the brother, helping the pair enjoy rural life while keeping her health stable. Sister Position created this Japanese adult game on the Others engine, using 2D CG art and a voiced presentation. The story includes romance and multiple endings.
The current build is v1.02, released on June 26, 2026, and development is ongoing. A June 27, 2026 update added Append 5. It runs on Windows, is available in English, and the Steam version is uncensored.
