A Sex-obsessed Brother in the Country, and his Traditional, Sickly Sister

The game itself presents itself as if it has many choices you could do. However, if you don't want to fail you are practically locked into doing ONLY SPECIFIC THINGS. You wanna do some events that give happyness? Well screw you cause they dont give hp and if you dont have that you fail the game. The heroine personality is also very thin and amount of text game thows at you just makes you skip 99% of it anyway. Hscenes are not really worth it considering its practically 3 images for each at best. The game is just boring. You don't really care about anything because of artifical deadline you gotta do. Deadline that is practically impossible to reach while going for other events.

[v1.02, steam, appends 1-4] It's a well-made game and I really enjoy the gameplay loop of spending HP to do events to raise MHP. However, the gameplay loop conflicts with enjoying the story, since if I wasn't forced to optimize for objectives I'd be reading all of the events in order of tier (reading events out of tier order creates some inconsistencies). It's in fact impossible to get all the events in one playthrough, you have to go back to an earlier save to do a different subset of the events. But the main reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the story just didn't engage me. The sister has basically no personality - even the faceless protagonist with no canon name gets more characterization than her (he was a loner due to creeping out his classmates by how much of a siscon he was). I don't regret playing it, but I don't think I'll remember this game.

I am so glad this game finally arrives to this site. One of the best game I have played in a while. I typically like action games but this one is a great exception. I love the story, the art, the voice acting! It is a wonderful visual novel and my favorite so far.

Absolutely the best Imouto story ever on a Japanese platform, the art, the voice, the background, and the story are all top notch. Just like the description of the game said, it's a story of how big brother and little sister began living together in the countryside in order to slowly cure the little sister's sickness. I did not even bother to read the rest of the NSFW and was actually focused on the story of how cute the sisters are. I even cried several time and horrified by how good the story was. 10/10 I would play this game again.

This blows pretentious utsuge trash like Kana Imouto out of the water. This is how you do a story of sibling love and physical frailty. Focused on healing and mutual connection rather than extorting tears with forced tragedy. This will heal your soul, even if the uncensored release at the time of writing this only includes Append 1 and 2. The only real downside is that it's impossible to get all the events in one playthrough, and it may be a pain in the ass to get the special endings because you need to really optimize the happiness and HP gains and/or savescum a lot.
