Agent Mirai and the Submission Machines is a point-and-click adult game by Mediocre Umaaji Lady II, built with the Others engine and presented with animated 3D CG. You play as Secret Agent Mirai, who investigates a pharmaceutical company rumored to run illegal human experiments, then becomes trapped in a laboratory full of sinister machines. It is a Japanese-made fantasy title whose adult themes include corruption, humiliation, and BDSM.

The current build is a released Steam version dated March 31, 2025. It runs on Windows and supports Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, with no censorship. The latest changelog entry is v4.2 on DLsite, which adds voice during training, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, and a full-screen button in configuration. The Steam changelog also notes language selection and an English translation in v1.4, plus earlier fixes, a new machine, balance changes, and an animation gallery.
