About Aisai Nikki

Aisai Nikki is a Japanese adult game made by Orcsoft using the Others engine. It presents a 2D CG art style and follows Keisuke, a husband who loves his wife Sanae but cannot satisfy her because of erectile dysfunction. The premise asks whether Sanae can meet her needs without betraying him. Believing he is acting for her sexual well-being, he asks another man, Ryouichi, to help her. He soon becomes paranoid and records Sanae during their encounters, then watches what he has filmed. The game uses a male protagonist and includes netorare and multiple endings.

Development is finished, and the game was released on December 30, 2009. It runs on Windows and is available in English machine translation. The content is censored with mosaics.
