About Almost Dead

Almost Dead is an adult Ren'Py adventure by BadMustard. You play a young man who wakes after a serious car crash and finds that his future is no longer the same. The game follows his changing story through animated 3DCG scenes, with a male protagonist, harem relationships, and pregnancy among its themes.

The current build is finished as v1.0, released June 20, 2026. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, and it is uncensored. The latest changelog lists 298 images and animations, four gallery images, and unlock buttons for the gallery and replay screens. The completed version includes all listed gallery and replay unlocks. It also says to watch for Almost Dead book 2, so a future follow-up is mentioned.
