Average. The adult content and gameplay loop are completely separated. Main gameplay is a survivor game with a 15minutes timer. There is very low weapons variety, and only 4 are actually useful (spread and bounce for area and overall damage output, round for protection, and research for auto-aim), all others have a very low damage output, and just shoot where you are looking. And that's the main issue, you can only look in 8 direction, which makes aiming and actually touching anything quite tedious. And all of that for... AI stills that are censored. It's fun for a few rounds, then you realize you can do better by installing an image generator on your computer.
