Ashley the Pirate

TL;DR In short, the main positive of Ashley the Pirate is quantity of content, while dialogue, H-game tones, gameplay, and writing/scenarios are seriously lacking. The “substance” meant to bring an H-game together are disappointing and to me this isn’t worth your time compared to other games of similar tags on F95. Writing After 6 hours of trying to see the appeal based on previous reviews for Ashley the Pirate , I have come to the conclusion that there’s no dialogue worth reading outside of quest-related conversations or H-dialogue if you’re into it (though it is quite weak). Every character, including Ashley, has incredibly basic and plain dialogue that is honestly too bubbly, stupid, and awkward to immerse. I don’t know if this is a major translation or localization issue or just bad writing outright, but the end point is it’s really bad. Interaction/Corruption of Ashley (or a missing feeling) Every man in the game is immediately overtaken by sexual thoughts which they will at times say out loud to Ashley without her reacting unless they push it further with molestation. There is hardly nuance for this other than maybe one or two men, every other man is the same trope, and it misses the mark for engaging "unsafe" moments versus "safe" moments. Interactions between Ashley and other characters can often be sexual or aggressive in nature, but then dialogue or purpose of the conversation can continue on like nothing happened if it’s necessary for some story element or quest. It just feels jarring. An example being Ashley going "No!!! I want nothing from you old stinky man!" and then in the same dialogue string you can be like "Oh yes of course I would like to bartend or work for your shop or whatever!". Ashley hardly has conviction or a real character foundation. She starts the game as a “can be lewd but sort of isn’t, but acts like an idiot to-and-with all other idiots”. The game wants to push a “corruption” narrative yet it’s the most basic example where scenes really only change by dialogue and enthusiasm with no substance to absorb. Really, scenes or options are completely catered by the player pressing "yes" to all of the obvious options, to which Ashley slowly becomes more excited about getting fucked. Otherwise, it's a simple rapey-to-enjoyment dialogue change and not much else. Gameplay, battle, exploration. Kind of. An unintuitive combat screen with incredibly easy fights does nothing to entertain and most of the exploration/combat in this game is pointless. Additionally, in combat there is a “do you want to let them assault you” button which really takes away the “fight” or “fun” of H-games’ corruption/lewd scenarios. The ideal battle in an H-game that revolves itself around corruption is a thinner line between the player being challenged and small H-events like groping or tearing of clothes happening in fights. When you give the player a “do you want this to happen?” button it really negates titillation. Exploration and open world are lacking. When every character is basic and downright stupid including Ashley, there’s nothing to latch onto and walking across terrain or in different settings/areas is just there for wasting player time. Survival elements (water, food, sleep) feel unnecessary for how simple the game is, and only serve to occasionally make you go “Oh, wait, I’m supposed to drink water, right”. H-Content The H-content is fine. It’s not great, and certainly not at the top echelon of artists in H-games, but it’s passable. Really, the main issues are repetition and re-use of scenes that aren’t particularly engaging, and the lack of quality around the H-scenes themselves. The art not being AI is a plus for many, including me. I'm someone who often plays closer to fully muted than not, but I feel like the sound design is too cartoonish at times. Most H-scenes are a chore or take you completely out of the RPG element of the game; that being a “whatever, I’ll just race towards this scene because I’m bored and horny, and not engage myself with the story/game”. Final synopsis on time wasting Overall for a game that is majority dialogue, the dialogue is worthless, and the gameplay elements around the H-content are poor. I didn’t know where else to put this note – did we really need to have a tit jiggle on every single interaction Ashley ever has? Additionally the level of input required for the player to put Ashley into situations just takes all the “fun” out of exploring or slowly interacting with the character as they fall to lewd desires. Conclusion Quite harsh, but to me basically everything falls poor-to-very-poor in Ashley the Pirate , with my only positive being basic quantity of content being relatively high compared to other games. If you are OK with basic and tedious scene collection games across the H-game-ecosystem, this could work for you. Good health! About 6 hours into the game in the main city, still no pirate stuff. So far what i've got is brainless rpg where i just hold Z to win, a lot of boob groping, every h-scene is: hey, wanna fuck? yes/no. How can she end up evil aligned if her goal is to save father... I fully expected it to be an actual pirate game where you fuck your crew as captain, or end up on a pirate ship as crew...

Ashley The Pirate: I give this game 5 Stars. I spent literally hours and hours playing it, and I will tell you why. There is a lot that could be nit-picked on, the english is not good, the dialogue is not good. "Let's make sex." (Ha ha ha). "Okay." (Ha ha ha). There's grind and repetitiveness. I expected to the whole pirate thing to be way bigger, to be honest. Like, way more than just 1 available ship to buy and way more sea battles and treasures. I kinda would like to be a pirate in all my games, ha ha. AtP shows you ocean which is big, with big space that's completely empty and you can find islands only here and there, and usually there's just a 2-3 other ships you keep repeatedly bumping into, which is a pitty. On the other hand, there's many similar looking games, to give example, Tr.as.re H.nt.r Cl.ire offered me about 5% of enjoyment in compare to this. First, it's female MC and I am a female player. I do like my lewd though, so don't underestimate me in this, ha ha. (I just did not appreciate the amount of blowj scenes in compare to Ashley being licked - THAT I discovered only very late in the game: I had to be in prison for that. For me, the prison was heaven! ha ha) I love playing as a girl because I am a girl. So, that's why this appealed to me and I very much appreciated that the various companions, who presented themselves to be her aid, were optional. And I could quickly dispose of them and just keep fighting on my girl lonesome. For me it was more engaging, and each achievement more satisfying. Granted that the fights are so easy in this game, I did not really want the help, ha ha. Which brings me to the combat scenes. The new fighting system which came with the version 0.4 and higher (before, I had to keep the dog, because I could not quite get it on my own is brilliant and better than in all these other games. All the other games have it somehow chaotic, I lose half battles because I missclick or something. This game has it neat. I know what I'm doing at all times. It even has animation. If you equip Ashley with a Bow, you will see her shooting a bow. Might look seem granted, but after I tried other "similar" games....! I love the use of the keyboard. Arrows + Enter suffice you to rule the whole game, not just fights but general movement and doing stuff (with Always Dash on). I like the slow "leveling up" through collecting experience in each and every fight. You also collect/buy new weapons, and Skills. The only "flaw" is, some Skills make you so powerful that any fight is won very fast. You don't have to use them, though;-) Actually every single fight here is easy to win, when you know what to do. It's not really challenging, but it's enjoyable for people who hate it difficult. All the fights are also meant to be erotic You can avoid it, but again, you don't have to;-) And you can still win the fight! Personally I love that there's no time pressure and you can literally "snack" a herb/potion to recharge and then continue beating each other to death, lol (well, actually not death, but sex, ha ha). The fights in AtP are not something to run from. If you want that, just turn on Always Dash in Options, you avoid most of the fights just by going past the enemies. But, do you know? You will soon seek them out, because fights bring you more power, stuff, money & fun (if you still somehow manage to lose, ha ha). Art in the game looks beautiful. The small/map art is the japanese style. Character art is good. Ashley looks great. The men in the game are hot, too. They all have handsome face, it's kinda the same face with modifications, but I don't mind. In versions 0.5 they ceased looking like animals/children/dwarves to make the h-scenes more vanilla but I personally don't mind. The art could still be improved, but I don't actually wish for it. I like Ashley as she is, in current version 0.6. There were plans to update her looks to be even more appealing, luckilly it was used in the Luna Oddsey game, where the girl is beautiful but I just prefer Ashley as she is. It would not be her anymore. H-scenes all have animation and are actually quite hot There's a lot of them, many are similar, still there's decent enough variety. It's japanese type of scenes, so all the guys either completely mess the girl's face, or they cum inside, talking about impregnating her, or milking her breasts. Which is both a bit weird, but easily ignored. The milk content luckilly can be turned off, on the other hand, if you are into that, you can engage in milking A LOT. Then, you can even sell the milk (you won't be the only one in the game doing that, ha ha). You can't entirely skip thes h-scenes (once you let them happen). But you can move through them quickly, by pressing Enter quickly. You don't have to hurry though, if you do enjoy them, you can leave them "looping" longer Nevertheless, in this game, with consistent gaming (like never losing a fight) and choices, you can manage to keep the MC a virgin. Also, you can even give her a romantic(!) partner if you decide that at any point later in the game. The music contains tracks from some kind of shared gaming library I suppose, because I heard it elsewhere, some of it is quite pleasant, some of it sounds even beautiful (the Ice Labyrinth track), some might get annoying but you have of course the option to keep it low, both in game option and your pc sound card. So there's hardly a problem. It could be said that this game is not very challenging. Because it really is easy. But I personally hate too difficult games that make me stuck in a place, not knowing how to move past some point. AtP appealed to me with it's open nature, where I could freely choose where to go and what to do. The game always rewards you for doing certain things, on the other hand, it does not punish you for not doing it. All your options are left open, and you can re-visit them any time you like. Personally, I was engaged with many details as building my strength, earning money, getting new items, new outfits (those were so great! , in the end even buying my own ship. I am the kind who doesn't mind some grind in my game. I toiled in other games for lot less, ha ha. Here, it pleased me even such details like I could buy more kinds of food I concentrated on just Ashley as individualist-kind of player, but you can just as well play it team-like, with 1-3 people constantly tailing you, if you're into that. Sometimes, I am the kind of player who rebels against what the game pushes you into. But I must compliment AtP for the concept of you collecting the Quests like you collect mushrooms in the forest. If you accept a Quest, then you move on in the game. If not, then you can enjoy yourself as you are. When you decide later that you'll do it, it still waits there for you. It's the same with people. You can develop a story with them, or leave them be entirely ignored. Except a few exceptions, you can enter a small space with them there, but they will not interact with you if YOU won't. Hell, you can sneak into their house and do whatever, they won't bother you unless you talk to them first, ha ha. I sometimes avoided certain things because I thought that would be ugly. And the game let me. Then I could change my mind, even quite late in the game. It just opened me new possibilities. Nothing really bad happens to you in AtP, not if you really don't wish it. And you know what? I somehow appreciate that, ha ha. In short, I do encourage you to try. Yes, this game is not finished and might never be, nevertheless it offers so much fun already and you can spend literally days in it. Not just yours, also Ashley's. Yes, there is a day-night circle, so you should eat & drink at least a little, but that's not what most important about it. If the game offers you "Adventure Mode" or so called survival mode, don't be too scared to take that option. Yes, you should drink and eat every day, which at least motivates you to spend all that money, but really it's nothing major. Being too hungry never actually prevented me from keep doing anything, or anyone, ha ha (I later read that there were some scenes only available if my MC was sleepy, like guys trying to molest her in the pub, but I took such a good care of her that missed on that fun, damn, ha ha). Even completely broke, you can eat for free if you kill crab on the beach and eat its meat, or collect and eat carrots in Carrot Forrest among all the fighting, ha ha. One place has free water. On the other hand, with money you can stock yourself with 99 of each kind of food/drink there is, it apparently never gets stale or too heavy to carry, ha ha. So, there's no need to be scared of that mode much. Why I mention the day/night is most importantly because it affect which activities are available for you to do, some places change from being open/closed, some people change their location, and most guys talk completely different stuff when you talk to them at day, and at night. Even if your "days" can get repetitive, this will keep you engaged. Most times other people even react on what you wear. You can tell that the author of the game, YioruYioru, has both sense of humor & kind heart. In other words, if you're not that hung up on the main story, that she should eventually find her lost father the Blue King, bla bla... You should still enjoy this A LOT! I still did not mention half the stuff. Find out on your own;-) In the end, you might be like me. I'd like this game to keep on and on. I'd like more Ashley world to roam. I'd like new treasure hunts and bounty hunts and delivery jobs to keep coming. I'd like the sandy island to have different food in the pub than the volcano island. I'd like the merchant ships to actually offer something different, and something different every time (when they do bussiness only with other ships, not boats, and when they boast about selling ANYTHING, stolen or not:-D) I'd like vast variety of clothes and weapons and other functional stuff to buy. I'd like sooo much... Because I like this game so much. I'd like to just explore more, even without some firmly scheduled Quest. Playing other games, I catch myself wishing them to be like this one.

It's a fun enough game, but unfortunately the vast majority of sex scenes I found were all generic just with reskinned models and it quickly got old. The story is fine, there's lot of stuff to do, it just wasn't that interesting after a while. Worth a look though, but distinctly average in my opinion.

this game is remarkable, because it has all the fantasies even lactation which might not be serious for most but still a lot like these(including me) and i want the developer to complete it asap. This game makes me horny.

Reading these reviews makes me feel crazy... I cannot tell what game people played. The art is competent but not very attractive, not mad at it but it's not a pro. However, the writing is staggeringly bad. Good grammar, spelling is pretty much fine. But every character is a colossal idiot, Ashley worst of all, it's incredibly boring and offputting, and overall just intolerable. Boring to read, boring in concept, tedious and obnoxious. In a game that's mostly reading, I can't say a single nice thing about its writing. I can't say too much about how good the later parts of it, just like I can't tell you if nails on a chalkboard starts to sound good after the first 30 seconds. I can't stand it long enough to see the later content.

I like the story and the reactions of your companions on your own corruption. Gameplay is fun. Graphics are nice. Good game at all. Looking forward to version 1.0. One of my favorites here. A bit more freedom of choice would be nice. It's sometimes to linear for my taste.

The art might be good if repetitive, but the writing makes this game kinda unfappable. Every sex scene, at least in the initial island that I've played, is either the guy going "lemme do X to you and in exchange I give you Y reward" "ok", or "lemme do X to u" "yes", or just rape. Then the awkward animation of doing X with some basic ass dirty talk, then the end. There's like no interesting scenarios or setups to the porn. This is not really a corruption game. If you get off to the increasing depravity of the character becoming a nymphomaniac, don't play because that doesn't happen here. The difference between sluttiness level 1 and sluttiness level 5 is that in level 1 you can suck dick in exchange for money and the dirty talk is rapey and at level 5 you can fuck in exchange for money and the dirty talk is more enthusiastic. There's no particularly depraved scenarios, and you can't see much of how her psyche evolves, there's the basic trope of disliking rape at sluttiness 1 and enjoying it at sluttiness 5, but it barely affects things beyond basic dirty talk change. There's other corruption games that showcase this evolving psyche (corruption) way better. The game feels like it has the idea of being character driven, with nearly every person you can bang having a tailor-made character portrait and name, rather than having you get banged by mostly nameless NPCs. But again, nobody has barely any personality or conduct beyond maybe some basic tropes, so that's a bit wasted. I've seen other character-driven corruption games with way better characters. Can't say much about what the game has apart from the porn, it's simple RPGM stuff that serves as vehicle to show the porn and is not enough to hold up the game on its own without the porn part. So I can't feel like giving this game any more than 2 stars.

Great scenes, a lot of content, and it's very sandbox/open world. The only downside is that the English is awful. It kinda takes away from the scenes. It typically goes with the mc saying "oh please don't cum inside". Then the guy goes "oh I'm cumming inside!" That's usually how every scene goes. But besides that, there's so much to do, so I think it makes up for it.

This game is a triumph in every aspect. The graphics are extraordinary, the details are impressive and well-crafted. The gameplay is engaging, and there's never a dull moment thanks to the variety of challenges. It's an exciting experience that captures your attention from start to finish. If you love games with outstanding graphics and fun gameplay, this is a must-play.

Think of a game in which you're an innocent pirate who gradually becomes corrupted, well, so far there are many RPG-type games, but this one took me by surprise, its content is huge, simply huge, and it doesn't stop there, you can take up to 2 different paths or even more, choosing to be evil, or to work for the good guys.

Alright this is fantastic the art is beautiful and I love that there is another cute girl. I like how there are different scenes gives you amount of quality and sudden movement. This is definitely a game I will play several times and come back as well. The story is pretty decent am vibing with it.

A good RPG game with lot of content, a good story , some humour and so much options. I have much fun if i played this game because the Devloper make a more new content and change from user advice some details if he make offer like face, eyes clothes etc.

Really solid game, with such an indepth world. from a morale system of good and bad, and bounty hunters to tail you if you do decide to break the law.. and then a prison system, you can serve your time normally. shorten it with a list of sexual deeds that lower your sentence by different values.. or escape.. indepth and well written story that keeps you engaged, rather than pointlessly skipping and clicking to just get to the lewd scenes. an open world that allows you to travel to different lands, with a chance of coming across other pirates, or the law. and within these islands can be vastly different from the last. with their own set of quests. the lewd stuff, offering you the basic corruption system.. allowing you to work hard to maintain your honor and virginity, or to slowly and eventually give in to your desires, which range from handjobs, boob job, oral, vaginal, anal and more. theres also NON con stuff too, for those that ticklle that fancy, but alot of it doesnt spell it out for you.. which would be preferred, so i know if im saying no, i can either enter a fight sequence to chance my luck of getting away, but then if defeated, you then get non con.. basic animations that are more than welcome in a niche industtry full of either still images, IRL PORN, or just robotic animations. dont get me wrong, the animations arent ground breaking by any means, but it definately adds to the really nice art style of this game.. cons: i wish this game had more details on the body (the butt hole), as well as options to shave to keep yourself hairless, but the longer you neglect shaving, the hairier your body can get (ass hair, leg, vag, armpit) etc, which can drastically change dialogue options if you dont clean often (wish cleanliness fit more into dialogue too). will say some dialogue needs correcting, as im noticing alot of broken english between parts, and i mean for the most part i can figure out what the dev is trying to portray, however there are some lines of dialogue that are beyond comprehension. some bugs also here and there. which already i have extended to thee dev wishlist: more detailed body details (butt hole).. a cleanliness feature/system that takes note if you clean regularly and then fits into dialogue accordingly. a shave feature to where you can either be hairless, or be hairy asf with a hairy butt, pits, legs etc, and it also visually shows as well as changes dialogue. and maybe some animation improvement, making it more smooth, or maybe animating more of the scene (ass cheeks rolling back etc). overall summary: ashley the pirate is one of those hidden gems amongst floods of trashon this site. this game offers you an interesting story, and branching side stories, a bare but basic morale system, with a law system and prison system to compliment it. lovely art style, that although i would say could use a touch more detail, but still lovely and my preferred style of art. the animations are truly welcome, as most games just go the lazy route and choose not to bother, and even though i would say the animations are basic, theyre atleast not robotic. sure they could use some general improvements, but theyre still solid, and they never take you out of that immersion of the scene. this game so far is a solid 4/5 stars, that could use some polish, and some quality of life additions/options and overall improvements. but the build we have so far is well worth the investment and time spent playing. i would say this is truly worth supporting the developer, so feel free to go over to their sites and show them some love.

My mind on this game changed, as I see it moves into a good direction, the new combat is generic to an rpgm, so Im not really mad about it, but with more thought I think it could have been something more unique. Just as a side note. While the art is slowly improving and we get more scenes I would more appreciate putting more effort into already existing scenes, especially since all can be repeated, making them higher quality or unique to certain npcs, would really improve the games overall quality. Maybe redoing them from scratch but that is a long and draining process, so it shouldnt be rushed. Maybe implementation of unique moans, during different positions would also be a nice change, getting a dedicated Lewd VA for Ashley would be fenomenal. But overall, its an enjoyable experience with a lot to offer and loads of hours of gameplay, in an open world map, and story. The sex scenes, even when imo they need more improvements or overhauls, are awesome on the first playthrough. Although I only complained and pointed out how it can be improved, because I believe in the potential of this game, I highly regard and recommend it, to any one interessted. Because of the beforementioned quirks like, the excellent open world, the countless NPCs, slowly improving art and combat system.. I believe it to be an excellent game, and something everyone should give a shot. The Developer themselves are open to suggestions and are one of the nicest people I know. Not only do I think that this game will stand above all other, maybe not with art but with the open world, the story and the freedom I believe that the games the dev will bring out in the future will be outstanding as well. 5/5 Stars.

It is one of those rare games that is very entertaining and does not feel repetitive, with its titillating consistency well crafted. The story commences satisfactorily in itself, our leading character and side characters are unique in terms of variousness. Although the combat mechanics are straightforward, are not boring. The access to the lovemaking scenes is easy and pleasing, which improves the playability and replayability of the game. The CG quality is satisfactory, and some of the positions are quite suggestive, I hope we get a chance to see more interracial settings, beasts, sex positions, costumes and incubation content. The game is promising in its current state, if it resumes like this, I expect we will see promising results, I enjoy it very much.

Great art! Really enjoying this one. Gameplay seems pretty standard but that isn't a bad thing in my opinion. The English needs a little work and more variety with NPC conversations but otherwise I'm looking forward to this hopefully being completed.

This is a great game! the characters are awesome the animations and artwork are great. The story and gameplay is engaging. the H content is animated with some sounds and its just great. Def enjoy this and hope for more like it.
