Bio-Tech Nurse is a 2D RPG Maker game by tenkas, using static CG artwork. You play a male protagonist who wakes in a ruined hospital and meets Yukina, a young girl. The pair depend on each other while trying to survive in a decaying world, mixing romance and turn-based combat.

The current build is v1.04, released November 13, 2025, with development ongoing. It runs on Windows in English via GPT4.1 machine translation, and includes censored adult content with mosaics.

You wake up in a hospital room in an abandoned hospital, where you meet a young girl named Yukina. The two of you will rely on each other to survive in this world that is slowly falling into ruin.
