Honestly, I can't tell what's the rework and what isn't, but the game is pretty good for a sandbox. I think once the vn-mode is implemented it will be even better (mainly because there is really no reason to make it a sandbox). The art assets look really good, the characters are alright and while porn-logic obviously rules this game, I didn't get the whiplash other games have inflicted upon me. All in all, it is pretty playable right now, even if there is little content that isn't mostly fluff. My honest advice to the dev would be to stop the sandbox element and turn this into a good visual novel.

well... I don't know where to start. there are so many things that need to be fixed. as mentioned before, it's a really grammatically problematic game. my English isn't perfect either, but since I'm not a game developer, I'm not going to compare myself. also the camera angles made me question my life. there's not much content in the game for now, so I don't know how fair it would be to rate it, but since I've played it, I should do so. for now, the maximum star I can give this game is two.

This is a review of version 0.4. BlueHole Project is Renpy sandbox game. While the underlying game plot seems to be somewhat complex, the game itself is very basic. The graphics are quite simple and the sandbox tasks and mechanics are basically "Go to one of the handful of locations at a certain time and something will happen." The times and locations are clearly laid out in the hint system, so there's no need to wander around aimlessly. At this point in the game there has been no branching or significant choices (other than, perhaps, simply not doing the next task with a particular girl). Despite the generic trappings of the game, I found it vaguely compelling. The developer clearly does have a story they are trying to tell, and it was enough to keep me playing until the end of the current version.

Short Review for Version 0.1 <--- Visuals ---> The creator fixation with the weird angles is simply said, stupid. Every still is weirdly proportioned, it may be ignorance or an attempt to look edgy, but, it is really UGLY. <--- Writing ---> Weird English. Bad grammar. Incoherent sentences. Either get a decent proofreader to take a hand at this, or, simply don't make an English version. <--- Story ---> Very thin and almost transparent story. None of it seemed even remotely plausible. Every step of it is forced, everything is really weird. The sister is weird. The MC is really dumb. The BadGuy is too stupid to be alive. Pearl is just not believable AT ALL. This needs to be completely re-written. <--- Conclusion ---> The images need to be scaled, too big for no reason at all, this is a very old engine after all, nothing is gained by having stupidly big images. Especially with this weird angles the Dev is shooting. The entire text needs to be wrote again, this time please use an adult brain, this, as it is, could barely pass for a story written by a 12 year old. The story has NOTHING in it. Zero. No substance, no depth, no reason. If you have loads of time on your hands AND/OR no critical taste whatsoever, this could be for you. Otherwise, really NOT RECOMMENDED. <--- Rating ---> I struggle to give this a 1 star, because it seems cruel. But there is simply nothing good here. Consider the 1-star for effort.
