Brainwashing with Tentacles R is an RPG Maker adventure by kagurado. It follows the tentacle monster Ruth, whose special power lets him corrupt women he overcomes under certain conditions, making him invincible. Without that ability, however, he is a weakling with no combat skill. The game uses 2D animated CG art and presents a fantasy harem premise.
The final release came out on May 25, 2024, and development is finished. It runs on Windows in English, Chinese, and Japanese, with no censorship.

Tentacle monster Ruth has a peculiar ability...... to brainwash any women he raped. Though limited to women, as long as the conditions are met he is invincible! But there's just one problem, without it Ruth is nothing but a weakling with zero combat ability!
