Charlotte's Trip is a 2D fantasy adventure by Oumishouan, made with RPG Maker and featuring 2D computer graphics. You play as Charlotte, who has lived quietly with her mother, Tsetsi, until a rare illness stops their normal routine. With help from her magic mentor, Laura, the sickness is kept from worsening, but a full cure still needs many materials and a large sum of money. The game includes combat, management, and multiple endings, while its adult content touches fantasy corruption themes.
The current build is v1.12, and development is ongoing as of its Aug 31, 2018 update. It runs on Windows, is offered in English with edited machine translation, and uses mosaic censorship. The latest update adds a post-clearing device in the reminiscence room that can set the lewdness rating to 100. Earlier fixes addressed brothel event progression, item equipping, and other bugs.
Developer's description
The protagonist, Charlotte, lived a peaceful life with her mother, Tsetsi. However, one day, Tsetsi fell ill with a rare disease. Thanks to the treatment provided by Charlotte’s magic mentor, Laura, the progression of the illness was halted, allowing them to continue their daily lives as usual. However, it was revealed that curing the disease completely would require various materials and a substantial amount of money.
