Charmbound is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by mintfroste. It uses animated 3DCG artwork and a sandbox style of play. You take the role of a male aspiring film director trying to build a career in Arcadia, a famous city centered on the film industry. The story follows your attempts to pursue success while you meet friends, deal with enemies, and form relationships, with romance and a school setting among the main themes.
The current build is version v0.2.1, released on October 12, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, is written in English, and is uncensored. This update adds two new Celeste chapters, two new Melody chapters, new Aria secret events, and new Celeste and Melody spend time events. It also rewrites School Chapter 2, adds Android compatibility and an in-game updater. A secret events mechanic makes random events repeatable, with an option to check the home TV, while gallery access may require a Patreon code. Fixes address study minigame image duplication, skipped home study, and a broken cafeteria menu option.

Solid beginning, not so many bug which is nice. but ones who prevents progressing (stuck with aria progression at classroom afternoon.) Need more content to not be skipping time all the time wich feels tedious . Otherwise great art, great…
