Cocogoat? Cocomilk! is an adult parody simulator from HypnoSheepy, made with the Others engine and presented in animated AI CG. It uses a fantasy setting, and you play a male protagonist. The game centers on an interactive Ganyu scene with fluid hair and body physics, dynamic interactions, and voiced adult content. It is designed to start quickly, without long dialogue sequences.
The current build is version v2.0.0, released on October 10, 2026 for Windows and Android, in English and uncensored. Development is ongoing. The latest changelog adds a new lying pose, expanded mouth expressions, further explicit mechanics, an in-game quick guide, model positioning and scaling, stocking color options, a nude mode toggle, and extra audio effects. Earlier content includes a lactation feature that is disabled by default and can be muted.

Cocogoat? Cocomilk! is a shockingly well-made game. Buttery animations, gorgeous art, smooth gameplay. More polished than it has any right to be. A goated gem. 10/10, would absolutely milk again. Recommended.
