Diana's Quest: From Princess to Peasant is a 2D fantasy adventure RPG made in RPG Maker by Hentai Room. You play as Diana, a princess traveling undercover into a new kingdom to locate a legendary weapon and rescue her people. The game uses turn-based combat and builds skills or weapons around changing clothes.
The current build is v1.0a, released on September 19, 2024. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. Development is ongoing, with sneak peek areas still marked as one-map previews. The latest changelog entry is v1.0a + DLC. Earlier notes list four outfits, fully explorable areas, completable sidequests, five adult scenes, a semitransparent HUD, a quest menu, bug fixes, and a wishlist button on the main screen for Steam.
