DokiDoki! Hentai Massage is a Twintailism adult clinic-management simulator using other engines and animated 2D CG art. You play a male massage therapist who has just opened a clinic and must repay a loan within twelve weeks. The story begins when Nana Tanaka, a client, asks for help with stiff shoulders. Gameplay cycles through weekly counseling, massage sessions, and action selection. Counseling choices and gifts raise trust and development. Massage sessions track sleepiness, alertness, pleasure, and fatigue through conversation, instructions, and items. Outside sessions, you spend stamina and funds on rest, work, gambling, shopping, seminars, and repayment.
The current build is v2.1.4, released July 4, 2026, with ongoing development. It runs on Windows and supports English, Japanese, and Chinese, with censored content. The latest changelog adds DLC language support for English, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. It also unlocks a developer console via an options-screen password and lets players choose an ending when several conditions occur together. Fixes cover development-level increases for some attributes, an album error for the shop-assistant ending, stalled dialogue, missing name-entry text input, and a bikini-bottom unlock issue.
