Erina and the City of Machines

( Version used. 1.21.01 . Somehow earlier versions would not run on my machine ) Cute protagonist. Very cool story. Nothing stellar, but enough to be interesting and presented well. Good H poses. Nice map. Kinda hard to say where some things are from time to time. Rather boring H story. A very VERY boring and large recollection room. My first playthrough I attempted virgin. But you can not complete it without getting at least one cock shoved up in your face. Also if you pick the incorrect option, which is just represented through 2 pieces of clothing, you can kiss your virgin route goodbye ( unless if you reload an old save ) That said I can totally see myself replaying this game down the road and trying a more normal/slut route. The game has some after credit quests, which feel like they would resolve differently depending on your slut level. I should investigate this some day. Final thoughts: Just grabbing this for the recollection room is NOT worth it. I still have no idea what the milk bar and the vagina bar actually do.

Is just a Quick game to fap on, aaannnddd I spent 4 hour in it already good game thou pregnancy mechanic is still be unlocked later on. Gameplay wise is just your typical RPG maker game the have preggo but it still takes time to reach that mechanic

Erina and the City of Machines [v1.21] A really well-made RPG Maker game, very pleasant music, a cute main character, and most importantly, minimal use of basic RPG Maker assets The battles aren't intense, which is great, because you can just relax and enjoy them The only downside for me is that all the H-scenes are pretty vanilla, and I didn't find any BDSM tags in the game, but in any case, the scenes are well done

-=Graphics +Pretty damn good pixel sprites, especially in compare to most RPGM games -/+H-scenes and the character art is fine i guess, standard anime style +The menu art, UI and all that is great, lovely while simple +The Heroine is quite well drawn even for an anime style, and you can somewhat customize most outfits which is a nice little detail -=Gameplay +Fast Travel System, and its really good too, very convenient, at one point when you are in the coal mine the game gives you a fast travel exit to world map from inside the building to save you like 10-15 seconds of walking, so i appreciate it a lot, and the scenes can be fast forwarded which is also nice (even though there arent many of them), but sadly cant speed up combat animation (or maybe you can and im just blind/stupid but i couldnt find an option) -Your "Main Quest" is not actually added to your journal for most parts which means if you forget what the character said or skipped it, you either gotta wander around for a bit and find out (the game world is small so its not a big problem... but still one) or reload a save if you have one just before the conversation -Combat seemed like its going somewhere in the start... but its didnt, the combat gameplay is terrible, has underused mechanics and skills that doesnt matter (except concentration i guess... not like you need it anyway though...) because you can just spam multi-attack skill which is the most effective and braindead way to grind through the enemies -The gameplay outside of combat starts out as if there will be a lot of side quests and interesting jobs or alike, there are almost none to speak of and the ones that are there are not only boring but also pointless as money quickly becomes worthless in the game and there is nothing to spend it on, everything that matters can be achieved by doing the main story, and any of the actual optional parts or jobs are pointless anyway as you can just steamroll through any encounter with ease -=Story, Choices and all that -Choices are very poorly done, the MC just gets molested 24/7 and only occasionally acts embarrassed but does nothing to stop getting groped (no she isnt enjoying it, but instead of doing anything or at least giving you a choice for that you can only watch... feels like a cuckold / trauma simulator really), then comes the main story mission stuff that at one point just made me actually vomit due to how disgusting it was, and it wasnt even an actual sex scene but a creep pervertion stuff... (and i seen some really messed up stuff in my life, bestiality rape seems vanilla to me at this point) the game just makes EVERY man into a disgusting perverted looser, and it doesnt even make sense because there are women all around who seem very slutty and willing yet they are said to be sex starved and all that? what?... and to add to that the man are done in the most ugly bastard anime garbage way possible, same for all the women i found so far (they are mostly misc NPCs + Claire who is straight up disgusting instead of being the sexy in the "sex is cool and not a problem, i can have sex with anyone for fun" way they tried to go for) -The non-sex-related story stuff sounds otherwordly fun at the start with the steam-punk world and aesthetic... but its short lived as it turns into boring line of "detective" work that is just going A>B>C>D and so on where the protagonist just goes around and accepts erotic themed jobs for the sake of presenting you with another way to get molested/fucked... = SIDE NOTE, i get it that its a sex game and not a story game but holy shit the character feels like a sex bot hard programmed not to do anything about harrassment or other ero related stuff she is put to... a damn disgrace if you ask me, and to top it off you can go the virgin route (no idea if you can even finish it as im not done yet with the game but around the "last chapter" i think, yes im one of those people who tries those in every H-game while also testing the scenes and going back to the virgin route save) and it doesnt matter at all, she still just lets everyone treat her like a sex object.... and then complains about it without doing anything =BACK ON TRACK : the story and the world (I love Steampunk so i should be biased... but i cant even manage to be...) is garbage... underdeveloped and boring, most plot points are not even touched upon after introducing them... with bare minimum to get tagged as a game with an actual story... -=H-Scenes -They are as basic and almost as uninspired as possible... the most uncommon thing is the milking scene because i cant even count slime tentacle as an uncommon fetish at this point... and even that is straight up boring... it pretty much is the boring "Vanilla" stuff with no extreme fetishes at all, but very disgusting stuff nonetheless (but thats personal prefference so enjoy for those who like that stuff i guess...) -=OVERALL -Id give this game 1 / 5 but il be fair and say 1.5/5 (which i cant give so il settle for 2) because the sprite graphics and the fast travel are a saving grace, go play something else, its really a waste of time unless you are into ugly bastard and/or creep loser (one particularly disgusting character you have to interact with a lot is both... absolute disgrace) + brainless incompetent doll heroine stuff

Played this quite awhile ago, and till this day the game remains one of the few RPGM game that I've finished. Aesthetically, this game is top tier, no doubt. From the steampunk vibe of the beginning town, the matching UI design, as well as a very pretty MC (damn i love wrench wench), I was immediately hooked. But underneath the impeccable packaging, it's just your run-of-the-mill RPGM corruption game. Combat is as simple as it gets, not much weapon selection, nor any skill tree. Story is linear, corruption is even more linear, you just repeat the H scenes until you unlock more depraved scenes. H scenes are your typical RPGM scenarios, the CGIs are really well drawn but not animated. Don't remember much about the story, so I can assume it's nothing groundbreaking. Still, the game is definitely worth playing if you are into corruption games like the Shimobashira's lineup, but waaaaay lighter in term of complexity and contents. Also Erina is so damn pretty dude.

nice game totally worth it, loved the quests, I wish same devs could have gone for a new project with similar concept i will definitely play that for sure from me it is 9/10, the CGs are good I love the clothing system in such games and the cloth gauge things which many game lacks, you don't have to fight as many monsters or have to grind like other games, actually the in game quests are also good, I really didn't skipped them

while i have not completed the game yet, i thought it would do well to give my first impresions on it. its character design, while cliched, is pretty good compared to most of the other games i have played.

the artwork and scenes are 10/10 the wardrobe and clothing options are 10/10 story and dialogue is ok good amount of content corruption curve is terrible - MC gives up her virginity at the very first opportunity possible and if you don't grind lewd stat in the tutorial you will miss scenes combat is terrible - you can auto-attack beat everything and there were only one or two combat loss scenes afaik game honeydicks you into thinking it is grander than it is - there is only one big town + two smaller towns.

I'm would like to give it 4 stars because I really like Erina's design and the art, and the clothes mechanic actually having an impact in the open world, but my real rating is probably somewhere around 3-3.5 stars because the corruption part is really not there. Even early on Erina barely fights back, which can kind of make sense given the wider world context, but she literally has the potential to get raped out of nowhere and is just completely resigned to it despite still being a virgin, which is just a game breaker in my opinion.

perfect game, have many ending. too bad theres no scene for her losing virginity to certain person. variation of ending really made this game feels like RPG since you "choose" what the protagonist end up, and this game deliver it perfectly

fairly short game but with a lot of variety. the steam punk setting is fairly well utilized and visualized. multiple scenarios and set pieces you can engage in. would love if the game had more in-depth content but for the limited scope it was probably developed that lack is easy to excuse.

Pretty solid. Main story is pretty linear, but there is some flexibility with side content options. I like the art and sex content, and I think it's a great game that leans more into the smuttier side. Only taking a star off because the game really only opens up once you start to roll hard into the sluttiest choices. I really like hitting upon smutty games that have some interesting story writing to them. The ending is a little flat, but far above average overall.

beautiful art but extremely mediocre everything else the "corruption" is nonexistent; in the first 5minutes there is an intro where your shirt is see-through and the character is mildly embarrassed but they follow this up with a forced titjob and rape (option to fight back given) scene as soon as you unlock gameplay essentially a Clymenia game without any of the charm or interesting reactions that make the H content worth it

Great game. Great H stuff, excellent art and a world/plot good enough for a H game. Not being a medieval world is already a breath of fresh air. Erina is also a cute, sexually frustrated little slut and I love her. Lots of costumes too. But the lack of a DP scene, animations and a very whatever combat is why I don't think it deserves 5*.

This game feels, and plays good. Good art, solid cgis. Have to note very well made interface, ui, and locations themselves. Corruption seems to be gradual. Fights are easy but I do not see it as a problem, a difficult slider would make it better, but that also means you do not need to spend hours to grind out levels. Edit. The game gets worse to the end part.

Another game in the litany of RPGM slop that should've been a visual novel. I came into this game with high expectations due to the high art quality, but lets just say that art is the only thing the game has going for it. The dev cannot write, full stop. The plot of this game consists mostly of you just running around doing random errands, and only has a semblance of a plot until the very end. Even then the plot is very disappointing. The dev cannot code fights, full stop. There is zero consideration for balance, boss fights that are labeled to be "difficult" are ridiculously easy while a normal enemy can be (comparably) hard. Many game mechanics are implemented, but then used for literally only one monster or fight. It seems that the dev had a vision for a much better game, but then didn't have the time to deliver or something. Huge parts of the game, especially the ending, seem very rushed. I would give this game a 1 star if not for the art. The art is above average, and the map designs are pretty nice as well. So that is a saving grace. You see how having this be a visual novel literally solves every issue I talked about while keeping with the strong point of the game? Ugh...

Not missing much if you skip this game. The combat is trivially easy throughout the game - even when facing enemies that are warned to be very hard. With some effort you can lose fights, which very occasionally gives a H scene, but most often just reduces you to 1 hp with no other penalty. Why have combat at all if it's going to be this badly done. H scenes are meh at best.

This game took me 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete on a clean playthrough. There is no overall plot until the last half hour when you learn about some elixir of youth. The final boss got ZERO BUILDUP and the author consistently fails to establish stakes and tension throughout the game. Assuming you plan to play for H-content, be aware that no route or sex partner is well developed. For example, there's like ten scenes of Erina bathing in a hotspring and getting raped until she starts to like it. The developer did overkill on the most generic scenario, while under-developing all the other ones. I rate this game 2 stars for its artwork being professionally made, but the writing and gameplay are so deeply uninspired, I cannot recommend it to anyone unless they are looking to bust a nut and like Erina's appearance.

Pretty good game. Just wish there was a patch to remove censorship. The story is pretty interesting, the illustrations are quite nice as well (better than the rendered stuff nowadays) and I like the choices the game presents to its player.
