About Escape the Underground City

Escape the Underground City is a 2D animated adult game made by E-co in Unity with 2D CG artwork. You play as Kazuko, a fairy who has ended up by accident in the Underground Demon City. She must fight to survive and find a way home in a place where women are treated as lowly females. The story centers on her attempt to escape, with themes involving monster girls, BDSM, and lesbian content.

The current build is v1.0, a released Windows version dated August 31, 2025. It supports English, Japanese, Koren, and Chinese (Traditional). The game is censored, using mosaics.

Developer's description

A fairy who accidentally wandered into the Underground Demon City. To return home, she desperately fights to survive within the Underground Demon City. In this world, women are treated as lowly “females.” Can the fairy, Kazuko, escape safely...?
