Eternal Romance Complete Plus DLC, made by Ishigaki with the Others engine, is a 2D side-scrolling action game. Combat mixes normal attacks, skills, and sexual attacks, with just-guard and guard counter options. Enemies use ordinary attacks and sexual attacks. An embrace attack can put Sophie into an aroused state, and another such hit can lead to a sexual attack. Sophie can also use embrace attacks, and her sexual attacks can defeat foes. It supports keyboard and gamepad, lets you configure buttons, resumes from the same map after a loss, and offers Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulty.
The current build is version 2026-03-11, released March 11, 2026; development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and is available in English and Japanese, with mosaics censoring adult imagery. The latest update added English support to the content. Earlier updates fixed joystick responsiveness on certain screens, corrected an issue caused by some enemy attacks, and added three extra modes, Free Battle, Enemy Rush, and Boss Rush. The protagonist, Sophie, has been afflicted by a succubus named Fara and now becomes sexually aroused because of the succubus's curse. Sophie sets out to find Fara in order to break the curse... Spoiler This is a 2D side-scrolling action game. You defeat enemies using normal attacks, skills, and sexual attacks. There are also special mechanics such as just-guard and guard counter. Enemies perform not only ordinary attacks but also sexual attacks. If the protagonist is hit by an enemy's embrace attack, she enters an aroused state. If she receives an embrace attack while aroused, she will suffer a sexual attack. The protagonist can also perform embrace attacks; using a sexual attack from the protagonist can force an enemy to ejaculate and defeat them. The game supports keyboard and gamepad; you can configure gamepad buttons and check button assignments. If you get a game over, you can continue from the same map. Difficulty can be chosen from Easy, Normal, and Hard.
