v1.1.0 Bugfix
We've been fixing bugs nonstop for quite a while, and to be honest, it really drained my energy.
But starting today, I can finally share something a bit brighter!
First of all, thank you so much for your support and purchases.
In less than a month, we’ve reached 40,000 total sales.
While it may not be an extraordinary number, the sales of Priestess have allowed BBQ to confidently move forward with our
new title
for 2026!
As a token of our gratitude, BBQ is currently working on a free DLC for everyone.
We plan to release it around February–March, so please remember to update your game and give it another play when it comes out!
More details about the DLC will be announced gradually in upcoming posts.
At the same time, development on our new title has already begun, and the programming work for FPS has resumed as well.
We’ll do our best to meet you again in 2026!
Lastly, regarding version 1.1:
We sincerely apologize—despite thinking that 1.0.9 would be the final version, we ended up needing to update to 1.1.
A few minor bugs remained, along with some test NPCs we forgot to remove.
v1.0.9 Bugfix
To be honest, there haven't been many critical bugs left since version 1.0.7, and the main gameplay experience has been stable for most players.
However, since version 1.0.4, there have been some hidden bugs that didn't trigger any error messages. This was because, in our haste to fix severe issues back then, some of our methods were a bit crude. This introduced underlying problems into the "Hstates" system, leading to data inconsistencies in certain situations, such as experience points not matching their actual values. Version 1.0.9 is primarily focused on fixing these hidden bugs, which is why it took longer to develop than the last few updates.
With this release, we have also managed to address and essentially eliminate all bugs reported to us via Discord, Cien, and even Twitter.
This is currently the most stable version of the game, and we highly recommend it for revisiting or starting a new playthrough.
On another note, we have also reached 20,000 sales on Dlsite! We are sincerely grateful for all your support and encouragement!
Achieving this milestone, especially with a simultaneous multi-platform release, has truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all so much!
In our next post, we will share a celebratory illustration, our roadmap for upcoming DLC, a notice about a future price increase, and previews of other content. Please stay tuned!
v1.0.8 Bugfix
This version primarily focuses on fixing various minor bugs in the game—yes, the major bugs were all fixed in v1.0.7.
We've also made some optimizations to the player experience, such as for New Game+.
In versions 1.0.6 through 1.0.8, we have done our best to implement retroactive fixes for old save files. However, if you still encounter bugs that are strongly related to your save data... you can try deleting the www/save/config.rpgsave file.
Some players have reported that deleting this file successfully recovered their saves. If that still doesn't work, there might not be much else we can do. In that case, we are terribly sorry, but please try starting a new game after deleting all save files. (bows)
On another note, our sales on DLsite are about to hit 20,000 copies! This is wonderful news!
We have already begun preparing a celebratory illustration for the 20,000 sales milestone and have started production on the text and CG for the DLC.
While "Fallen Priestess" wasn't a massive hit, its sales are more than enough for us at BBQ to have a good year. At the very least, the development funds for our next FPS project are secured, and we have enough reserve funds to start thinking about the project after that.
Although there were many objective reasons, the development cycle for this game was far too long. In the future, we will definitely manage the scope of our development better, focus our energy and resources on the project at hand, and do our utmost to avoid the kind of chaos that occurred during the development of this game.
v1.0.7 Bugfix
In version 1.0.6, we were a bit too hasty in trying to fix anomalies with old save files. This inadvertently caused new bugs to appear. Additionally, we discovered some bugs at the plugin code level (which were very serious, hard to discover, and difficult to fix).
Rest assured, these have all been addressed in version 1.0.7.
This version should ensure that you can fully complete the game without issues, whether it's your first playthrough or a New Game+ run.
Future updates will focus mainly on game optimization and fixing minor, trivial bugs.
Thank you all so much for your criticism, suggestions, and bug reports over the past week. BBQ really couldn't keep going without your support.
To be honest, we’re starting to develop a bit of PTSD... I mean, we’re actually getting scared to check Ci-en or Discord for bug reports. It feels like when you’re an elementary school student who accidentally scratched the principal's car and is too terrified to go home—actually, I think this feels even more serious than that.
But regardless, please believe that we will polish "Fallen Priestess" to perfection and ensure the DLC updates go smoothly. Just like we did with Nebel three years ago—though objectively speaking, the situation with Nebel back then was much worse than this.
Then again, saying that makes it sound like BBQ hasn't made any progress regarding game stability... Well, anyway, we won’t let this happen again in the future.
After version 1.0.9 or 1.1, I plan to write a dedicated post-mortem (or apology letter) explaining the causes of the bugs in this release. I’ll explain how our team spent a month fixing over 160 bugs, yet still managed to leave so many in the official release. But for now, let us continue to perfect the game.
That said, I still have to say that 1.0.7 is worth a try—the serious bugs should be gone now.
v1.0.6 Bugfix
We apologize for the inconvenience. The version released moments ago had an incorrect encryption method for the audio/se (sound effect) files.
Please update to the new version, 1.0.61, to resolve this issue.
After a week of intense debugging and overtime, we are proud to announce the release of version 1.0.6, bringing a stable gameplay experience just in time for the second weekend after launch.
In truth, version 1.0.5 was already in a much better state, but 1.0.6 goes a step further by fixing remaining bugs in New Game+ (multi-playthrough) modes.
There are still a few minor issues that don't affect core gameplay, such as slight display inaccuracies in the H-Status. We will continue to meticulously fix and optimize these to deliver the most polished experience possible.
Version 1.0.7 will likely be the final version for the base game. After that, BBQ will fulfill its promise and begin development on a free DLC update.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the bugs present during the first week of Fallen Priestess's launch. We assure you that we have been working tirelessly to fix them.
We conducted extensive testing, but the sheer scale of the game—with a system complexity and number of branches roughly three times that of Nebel—left some untested corners and lingering issues. Some fixes even introduced new problems. For future projects, we will be more careful in managing the project's scope, controlling the development direction, and optimizing our workflow to bring you better games, faster.
Thank you so much to everyone who purchased, supported, and offered feedback for Fallen Priestess. We truly appreciate it.
v1.0.5 BugFix
Sorry to keep you waiting. Today, we are releasing the version 1.0.5 update.
Before we get into that, I would like to offer another sincere apology to all players who have encountered bugs over the past few days. (Deep bow)
I would also like to offer one defense for ourselves: We absolutely never intended to treat our players as playtesters.
We tested and fixed over 160 bugs in the month leading up to launch, and we genuinely released the game with the confidence that we had squashed them all.
v1.0.4
1. Implemented New Game+ (NG+) functionality.
2. Temple Relief: Added option to skip puzzles directly.
3. Mansion Showdown: Optimized cutscene performance.
4. Final Boss: Optimized bugs/anomalies in Phase 3.
5. Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where returning to the Mansion wouldn't trigger dinner events properly.
6. Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where sleeping until the next day at the Mansion wouldn't trigger the special dinner.
7. Tavern: Optimized several cutscenes.
8. Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where the "Awakened Sister" scene would incorrectly unlock the "Pure Love" scene and rollback the awakening stage.
9. Removed pickups for useless items.
10. Optimized Stealth Level performance.
11. Adjusted text and trigger conditions for Ending B in the Memory Room.
v1.0.3
Fixed an issue where inadvertently triggering the Prince's first threat event caused the player to get stuck in the wall.
Further tweaked the Villa parameters to slow down the erosion progress.
Fixed an issue where the cutscene during the final battle with the Prince would freeze.
Fixed an issue where the image in the footjob scene was accidentally set to fully transparent.
Fixed a bug with the Bathhouse event from the Brother's perspective.
Fixed a black screen issue during the investigation phase cutscenes.
Fixed an issue in the Prince route finale where sprites were missing and portraits remained on screen incorrectly.
Minor fix for NPC misalignment in the East District.
Adjusted the syrup recipe to better match the quest description.
Fixed a bug in a specific boss fight where the battle could not be won because an enemy was unkillable.
Increased the restock speed of "Imperial Tears".
Added a charge-up action to a high-damage enemy skill in a specific battle.
Fixed a bug where the game would get stuck at "Late Night" after the special Mana Transfer event between the Brother and Sister.
Fixed an issue where some H-scene CGs were not cleared properly and NPCs were not displaying correctly.
Fixed a bug where the character would get stuck in bed after Mana Transfer.
Fixed various typos.
Fixed an error in some cutscenes where the Sister was displayed instead of the Brother.
Fixed a bug where the "Stamina Depleted" flag did not turn off correctly, causing instant defeat in battles (This can be fixed by passing a day in-game).
Fixed a bug where the UI went missing in the Snow Mountain area.
v1.0.2
Primarily fixes 7 critical bugs and many minor, less severe bugs.
I apologize that these 7 bugs were difficult to discover during testing, as they had some peculiar trigger conditions.
There were also a few particularly silly, small bugs due to BBQ's inadequate checks—yes, I forgot to delete the instant-kill skill in version 1.0.0.

Demo v0.402
N/A
Demo v0.25
Initial demo release.
Features introduction to the story and characters.
First playable area with limited events.
Needs more incest, less puzzle and less difficulty to remember terrain for the dungeons. Figuring out where you are and where you need to go is by far the most difficult puzzle. Definetly needs more incest though, there is so little of it. It sucks.
I look at the pictures, look at the tags, start the game and see how it all works... And after a while it becomes clear whether it is worth spending time on this... But in this game, nothing became clear to me at once... And it took me a few hours to realize that this game is not for me... I even used AI to analyze the Game Guide and give me a short version... And as far as I understand, anal can be found here, rape can also be found somewhere, the MC gets, at most, a blowjob from his sister — and somehow there's incest and netorare here too... In short, all the tags I care about feel superficial and tacked on...
This game is way above average. You might like NTR more or less, but the game quality is top-notch. For some reason, it has 3 stars, and that's stopped me from playing it for very long. Never pay attention to the ratings on this site.
After finally completing all routes and cutscenes, I can confidently say this is easily one of my favorite h games of all time. The presentation is outstanding. The visuals and art direction are excellent, the soundtrack is genuinely toptier, and the game features a surprisingly large number of interesting game mechanics that keep things engaging throughout. Voice acting is solid as well, though somewhat limited, as only Trina is voiced. The story is more of a mixed bag for me. Since I’m not a biggest fan of NTR, making it a hit or miss experience narratively. That said, the core gameplay is interesting enough that the developers could easily release a similar title as a non h game and it would still stand on its own as a great experience. On the technical side, version 1.1.3 has addressed and refined most of the bugs and issues present in earlier builds, making the game feel far more polished. I’m looking forward to the upcoming DLC, and once the game is fully completed, I’ll definitely be purchasing it to support the developer.
Another good game. Game leans heavily into adult fantasy with high-quality character art, smooth animations, and surprisingly decent writing for the genre. The choices feel meaningful, the pacing is good, and the scenes are varied without being repetitive. A few UI quirks and some grindy progression hold it back, but overall it’s an engaging, well-produced adult experience for mature players.
Incredible art trapped in a mediocore grindy RPG. First of all this game feels inrediblyJapaneese per-se.You have a """""non blood""" related sister that calls you oni-chan, the combat is a boring RPG trope fest. The game is grindy af, unoptimized, the pathing is terrible. Feels like a chore to get to the next H-CG. Absolutely dissapointed, almost fell asleep at the house section. Incredible potential but the artist of this game has to go find better writers. Plot is nonsensical, there's no urgency, no consequences, no real meaning to characters actions, everything is a trope that you've already seen.
Even though it's very buggy before all the patches came, the game is very enjoyable. Overall an improvement in term of gameplay from Nebel, I just wish that it had many more side quests. Also for the NTR aspects, i think Nebel is still better.
I have played all other BBQ Lover games, so I'm well aware of the general style of these games. The combat tends to be a bit quirky but nothing too interesting. In this game specifically the types of attack changes with the weapon, though some weapons are basically the same. I suggest using the ancient sword once you get it, it's got lots of damage. To finish the good ending you have to spend some hours beating boring mobs and some bosses. It's not awful but considering this is a porn game the combat doesn't add to that and is not hot. So I would consider the combat a failure in that regard. The overall story is okay I guess. Your sister (not blood-related) is cursed to basically become more like a succubus the more lewd she gets, unless you do lewd things with her like kissing so she can drain your stamina. That said, it's too easy to avoid her becoming corrupted and you have to go out of your way to make her become more lewd. That kind of sucks. The art for the CGI-scenes is good, most of the scenes are so called 'hidden NTR' type-scenes, meaning you don't see them when they play out and instead have to watch them in the recollection room which you have access to all the time. I don't think that's the best way to do these kinds of scenes, but it's passable. I did the good ending, which didn't feel worth the time, then tried the prince route a bit. Can't say I'm too impressed overall. A few hot scenes but not very memorable.
The tl;dr version: I’d recommend checking out the game’s scenes in the reminiscence room and only go for an actual playthrough if you’re interested in the story. Passable non-h content (story, combat) but a lesson in questionable game design for h-content. Full version: I have no doubt that it took the developer a lot of effort and passion to create the game. It has a good amount of polish, pretty art and above-average production value for an h-game. However, Fallen Priestess suffers from its game design for h-content. This review contains mild spoilers. For context: The FMC, Trina, requires life energy (mana) from men as nourishment. Her non-blood-related brother Lloyd, the MC, helps her out while pursuing leads on the Demon King together with Trina. The game is mostly aimed at lovers of NTR, yet problems arise on all fronts, both for NTR and pure love content. Here’s a list of the most frustrating design flaws as of version 1.0.9: Pure Love vs Mana Thirst: Trina’s thirst is too easy to quench, resulting in problems. It’s entirely possible to get stuck at the initial pure love action (kissing), as it suffices to cover Trina’s daily needs. To actually progress the pure love route, Trina has to be mana-starved but not too starved - and if she's in just the right thirsty mood then there’s a chance it will advance. The issue here is that getting Trina mana-starved has the risk of her pursuing other men in town (-> NTR events), so that's not what any pure love player would ever do. As a result, players can get stuck at kissing Trina for the entire game without knowing why their relationship doesn’t advance. While it makes sense that Trina needs to be “thirsty” to want to do pervy things with the MC and it might happen during normal gameplay, it's a flawed design decision because of the lack of any explanation ingame, as well as the fact that starving Trina is an NTR strategy that’s unlikely to be tried by pure love players, who’d play the most careful and kiss her goodnight every day. Even reaching critical moments in the story does not progress the pure love scenes if the player failed to meet these requirements earlier, i.e. it’s possible to get to the Demon King’s castle and still be limited to kissing-only despite the reminiscence room listing that reaching the castle leads to a new pure love event back at home. A better approach here would have been to advance the pure love events based on how many times the MC was intimate with Trina and then have a different variation for high thirst versus low thirst. The issue is made worse as it also impacts the NTR segments of the game. The player has to purposefully neglect Trina, many many times, in order to get her thirsty enough to leave the house at night. As another reviewer put it perfectly: "If the cucking doesn't come naturally, what's the point of manually facilitating it?" RNG Events: A common complaint about the dev’s last NTR-focused game was their use of RNG mechanics to gate events. Sadly, Fallen Priestess repeats the mistake by gating some of the major events behind RNG. Aside from random nightly events the player has no control over, the game’s longest / main NTR route with Mathias is wholly dependent on RNG to even get it started. Even after encountering Mathias, to then progress into his route can be majorly frustrating as it requires Trina to go out at night and trigger a specific event. It’s entirely possible for her to trigger another event or even a different route (Edgar’s route). A simple solution here would have been to forego the use of RNG and for Mathias to return to town after a set number of days. The mayor even comments on Mathias potentially returning to town, it would’ve worked fine as a setup. Mathias’ route itself suffers a bit from RNG events as well. Even though the devs have learned from their previous game and introduced stages to the corruption in his route, some events can still just be missed entirely, which leads to the next point: Flashback Room vs “Event Items” & Memory Crafting: Most events don’t unlock in the flashback room until the player picked up the corresponding event item on the map and crafted it into a memory to use / watch. Example: Trina works at the bar and gets molested behind the player’s back. The full event can only be seen in the flashback room but requires the player to pick up something that Trina left behind on the map, which is what I’m calling an event item (basically a “clue” as to what happened). The player then needs to return home to their cauldron using the event item to craft the actual memory. And then the player needs to use the crafted memory item to watch the scene and unlock it in the flashback room. It’s convoluted for no good reason. The fast travel system doesn’t make it enjoyable either. It’s a six-steps process: Triggering the event on the map, picking up the event item, returning home, crafting the memory, opening the inventory and then using/watching the memory. Seven steps even for events that require the player to wait / do something else until the event is over (for example during the time Trina’s working at the bar). It’s okay at first, finding evidence of Trina’s actions can be fun and exciting, but having to do this over and over and over again just turns into a chore. A more enjoyable design approach would have been to ask the player whether or not they want to watch the event from Trina’s POV upon picking up the clue/evidence, and else just immediately unlock the memory in the flashback room after it happened ingame, without all these additional steps. Hidden Items for H-Menu Unlocks: Another repeated mistake from their last NTR game: Trina’s various h-menus only unlock upon acquiring specific items, this time it’s a set of bracelets. It’s actually worse in Fallen Priestess, as there’s no option to at least unlock some of these menus without the need of the hidden items. The problem with that: Players who prioritize h-content over story progression don’t get to see the h-menus despite advancing Trina’s sexual experience, while players who focus on story progression get h-menus for stuff they don’t pursue. Since the game doesn’t mention the relation between the bracelets and the h-menus (not even a popup upon picking up a bracelet), it’s entirely possible to miss out on most of the sex stats for the full game. Apparently one of these items can even be missed entirely, only showing up during a one-chance-only quest that can’t be repeated except by reloading a save. Design-wise, pairing the h-menus with Trina’s sexual experience or having a special vendor selling these bracelets (with an explanation) could’ve been a more elegant solution. -------- The list goes on (I haven’t even touched the problematic map design, or the currently missing content, or the numerous bugs still plaguing the game), but I’m stopping here. Point is, Fallen Priestess suffers so much from its design decisions that I’d only recommend a full playthrough to people who’re in it for the story / the “game” experience. Those wanting to immerse themselves in the world of Lloyd and Trina will potentially have a good time, ignoring the hassle of chasing h-content. For NTR fans it’s maybe worth playing if one truly loves the art and the character design and can tolerate the grind.
It’s a pretty good game of story and character development, for his gender and style is quite fun, the mechanics even being polished in combat are rescued well by the art, as the constant failures continue to release updates, so that we hope it is a stable game in a short time.
OK, so it's not deserving of as harsh a critique as I initially gave it because it looks like there is actual wholesome intimacy and not just NTR, but THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF THE SCENES IS NTR. You also need to be careful because unlocking deeper intimate events requires Trina to get a high mana thirst, but if it gets too high there's an RNG chance that she will lose control and sneak out at night to feed. This even happened a couple of times after she was properly fed, which is stupid. You can avoid the cucking by sticking to nightly feedings, and you can use Mana Overdraw to drive up Trina's thrist and advance the intimacy, but this is not indicated clearly anywhere at all. It loses points because of some frustrating puzzles (platforming sections are clunky, which I suspect to be an engine limitation) and the dev knows it because there are mana-powered switches to skip the puzzles or make them easier. Avoiding cucking leads to some very wholesome and spicy bonding scenes, but I wish there were more. Lloyd also gets annoying with his obliviousness and denial. His obsession with propriety is borderline dangerous since neglecting to feed Trina will make her start wandering out at night and slipping into corruption. She is in love with him from the start but he starts talking about moving out because "it's not proper for him to keep living with her since she's a woman now" but thankfully she's quick to shut that down. It still takes her literally mounting him naked for him to finally get it through his head how much she loves him (even after weeks of kisses, boobjobs and blowjobs). The crafting system is OK but a bit too grindy, especially if you're trying to make some of the more advanced gear. There's also an annoying bit where one of the best weapons in the game (the flaming sword) turns into a generic rapier if you upgrade it too much and then you can't socket one of the fire gems back in it. This makes the weapon substantially weaker.
I feel lied to. The only thing good about this game is the art. The story is just stupid and disjointed. Like there is a shitton of worthless lore that the characters don't even acknowledge so it serves no purpose Fake Super Attentive Oni-chan and Bland Step Sister-chan(also that is such a cop-out thing. Just make it incest none of that step sibling bullshit) start the game knowing nothing and end the game solving nothing. And the porn is weird. I went in knowing this is NTR and expected most if not all of the porn being NTR with maybe like 2 bro pics. Either true end virgin pic end or very vanilla bjs/boobjobs. But I went the whole game without seeing anything but the kiss scene. And it wasn't until I read the comments that I realized that I have not do that and go a days without the sister having mana thus making my life harder. Whoever the dev is for this game they need to stop making games and let the artist just make CG digital booklets. Dev is a moron but I should have known that with how combat works, general exploration, the horrible puzzles and just the lack of cohesion the game has.
The visuals are incredible. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Weather Cycles, Farming, Times of Day, Jobs around town, well paced corruption, well paced RPG level up mechanics, new movesets for each weapon, an engaging crafting system - ALL OF THAT IS PERFECT. But the game has three simple problems. 1) After four hours the story has not progressed in a meaningful way. The main characters still know nothing and have made minimal progress toward curing Trina's sickness. 2) There is very minimal sexual content unless you actively choose to neglect your sister. All she needs is 1 kiss every night. And if you deny that, then she'll lose control, but why would you? And the Protagonist is written as HYPER-ATTENTIVE, so for you to neglect her feels wrong. At that point just download a full save to view the scenes. If the cucking doesn't come naturally, what's the point of manually facilitating it? 3) BUGS. This game has bugs everywhere. Sound effects start looping, menu items disappear, enemies stop respawning, key items are not highlighted so its near impossible to progress without a guide, as soon as you wakeup the game tries to put you to sleep again; farming crops disappear randomly, and so on. None of these bugs are game breaking but they are deeply immersion breaking . Why play this when there are millions of other games that - although they don't have high graphics - are much better made?
Not as good as Nebel Geisterjäger (yet, there will be free DLC later), but still a better GAME than 90% of the usual rpg-maker porn "games" out there. But beware that this may not be for you if you're not interested in playing a game and are just looking for a quick wank.
In its current state, I can't give it a good rating. I like the game, but it still has the same problems as its predecessor, Nebel: excessive grinding and mediocre rewards compared to the time and effort required. To top it off, the game is riddled with bugs that can ruin your playthrough. I need these problems fixed so I can give it a better rating—less grinding, more high-quality adult content, and quality-of-life improvements in addition to fixing all the bugs
this is one of the best games out there. the amount of content, the attention to details, the production value overall is very high. 1. the combat is interesting and not grinding. there is actually valid strategy to this. 2. the story is quite long, deep and branches widely. story progression feels quite natural. 3. H content is plentiful and connects well into the story and progress. the drawings are good too. overall this is a solid package and well worth paying for the game. note: as of patch 1.05, the game is still bugged once you get deeper. you can still get to an ending but you might need to wait a bit for a better player experience.
Played the game with v1.0.4 The game has its ups and downs. It's not perfect, not bad, not even mediocre. It was just okay... Story was serviceable, classic slay the demon lord to save the world/ your loved ones with minor twists here and there. The best part of this game is the combat with several weapon types with unique skills but it overstays it's welcome by the mid game and every battle just becomes the same and enemies/bosses turn into pushovers. There are some performance issues here and there were certain maps would cause spiking in FPS but some of it has already been fixed by the dev in the latest updates. There are many bugs, some gamebreaking, some minor annoyance. I sincerely doubt the claim of the dev that only 5% of the bugs were remaining that they failed to fix when they released the game and they were confident in the release of the game. It makes me worry about the bugginess/performance of their upcoming FPS game. The H scenes are extremely repetitive with majority of them just harassment small cut out CGs (not full fledged CG) and the CG that is in here has high degree of reuse. There is Voice Acting for the fem protag in the game and it's alright.. There is some though put into the map design with most areas having unique mechanics/puzzles (some of the puzzles would be extremely tedious to solve and time consuming). There is also crafting/planting in the game but it's meh... It's a lot better than their Red light district game in which the dev barely gave any effort into, but it's still a damn disappointment when compared to their magnum opus that is Nebel (in how polished it is when the game released and decent mechanics).
Unfortunately the game ended up being undercooked like I thought it would be from the demos. There's a decent enough amount of content here that's also of high enough quality for it to at least make it to 3 overall in my opinion. That being said, the gameplay is not enjoyable at all. Hunting for items to find out what scene happened during the night is boring, and tiresome due to how big the map is and how unorthodox the path is to get to anywhere in the city. Even with teleportation signs being at key locations it's tedious to teleport all over the map hunting for the sparkle that lets you unlock a single scene. If I wasn't using Mtool to be able to click-teleport around quickly I probably wouldn't even bother looking for any sparkles. Then on that note, scenes are very linear, there's only one set scene in sequence, which is disappointing in the extreme compared to Nebel. So not only is the hunting for a scene worse here than previous games, but the method in which a scene occurs is also worse. It's really unfortunate because I think the CGs are of excellent quality, but there's so little variety there and once you've seen a CG or all the CGs one time for an event path that's all there is to see. There's no repeatable events, there's no events with slight variation or in a different location, there's barely anything to happen across while exploring so there's almost no fun surprise scenes, and it's also super easy to avoid all of the content so there isn't even a challenge here like there was in Nebel. There's almost no strategy here for the NTR either, in that regard it's even a worse NTR game compared to Nebel. You either sleep with the heroine yourself and her every need is easily satisfied, or you purposefully don't sleep with her and she goes and does things with someone else. It's that cut and dry. It's such a shame because I am certain that BBQ is capable of better than this, but his team seems to have felt like they had to release the game despite not fully realizing any single element of it, which honestly is starting to look like a trend for BBQ games. Great potential, some interesting mechanics, amazing CGs, but not any of those elements get fully realized and stand out, they all aim high but then fall short.
Verdict: 2.5/5 Very strong CGs, maps, story and the premise. VERY weak mechanics and undercooked characters. Not only is the game (personally) even more annoying to grind than Nebel , the reward is laughable by comparison. There's barely any "live" content where you can watch Trina in real time like you could with Kana. No cameras-esq events are understandable but toilet, alleyway, onsen, bar like events from Nebel could easily fit here . You only ever find out what happened (at earliest) the next day after crafting the CG and trying to remember which of them is new, which is just boring. With a lot of the content being inaccessible "in the moment" due to being either not shown or blocked by maids, doors and other macgyvers, you're only left with a few pixel animations that are shown in very few select scenes (brothel, prince ending etc.). Also, don't get me started on the overly complicated (for no good reason) status page that doesn't update the cum textures aside from her womb and requires your look for bracelets that unlock it portion by portion. Trina got sprayed once? Good, now it's going to show up on her till the end of the game. Also, she's gonna have a perpetual facial as a bonus. I think the game would benefit from fewer characters. There's a lot of content but it's spread-out across too many characters and Trina's states that it feels underwhelming. The prince, who is supposed to be the main NTR draw of the game with "Nebel" like gameplay, was the most disappointing. The only part of Nebel I saw in his section was the choice of "Don't call out to Kana / Stay out of it (Trina)" which isn't something most Nebel fans would consider the sauce that made Nebel so popular. In conclusion, grind, grind, grind and then watch what happened 2 days ago is how I would describe this game. BBQ is peak game-maker and I will support their every release, but my man, this just wasn't it. Looking forward to the (possible) DLC. Sorry if I come off too hard.
Game is soley focused on the girl getting with other people for the sexual content of the game. Not explained via tags or story. Disappointing to have another good looking game be a bait and switch title. Art is ok, and story leaves a lot on the table. The progression is railroaded pretty hard, andinteractions do not change where you think they would for certain thresholds. Mission clarity is bad. Hard to follow how you complete things. Combat system is pretty well developed, and probably the best thing about the game. But doesn't save it
