About Farah the Otherworld Hero

Farah the Otherworld Hero is a 2D RPG Maker game by Kira Tama, using CG artwork. You play Farah, a female warrior descended from a brave warrior, who sets out with the old wizard Geborg and the monk Recolith to defeat the Demon King. They open a door to another world, and only Farah is pulled through. She lands in Hiwaicho, a modern Japanese town full of men driven by sexual desire, a harsh culture shock for someone raised in the pure land of swords and magic. The story follows her struggle to return to the Rune Continent and complete her quest, with adult themes centered on a female protagonist, corruption, and humiliation.

The current build is v1.02, released October 26, 2022 for Windows. It is an English fan translation and is censored with mosaic. The latest changelog indicates ongoing updates, and on May 11, 2026, it added an uncensored version from 072 Project for v1.02, v1.01, and v1.00.

Developer's description

Farah, a female warrior who is a descendant of a brave warrior, sets out on a journey to defeat the Demon King with her friends. Geborg, an old wizard. The big-breasted monk, Recolith. Together, they are convinced that they will be able to defeat the Demon King. On their way, Farah and her friends open a door to another world. Only Farah was sucked into the other world, and the other two members of the party were left behind. The destination is Hiwaicho, a modern Japanese town inhabited by men overflowing with sexual desire. For Farah, who grew up in a pure land of swords and magic, it was too much of a culture shock. ...... Will she be able to return to her original world, the Rune Continent, and defeat the Demon King? ......
