Festival Gold Fox is an adult game by CyMpaK, built in Godot with 2D animated AI CG art. You play a wealthy but emotionally damaged man who has been betrayed by his girlfriend and hurt by his brother. His escape is anime and fantasies, until a golden invitation leads him to the Golden Fox Festival, an elite cosplay casino club where girls fulfill fantasies. To access them, he must enter a rivalry with the person who despises him most: his brother. The game mixes board-game dice rolls, card collecting and battles, quiz unlocks for scenes, and mystery lore involving the enigmatic Mistress.
The current build is v1.2, released on September 4, 2026, and the game is still in development. It runs on Windows in English and Russian, with no censorship. The latest update added four manual save slots, map save and load buttons, thirteen achievements, a Honkai Star Rail title, and another crossover girl. It also improved enemy AI in card duels and fixed bugs involving achievements, blocked board cells, mixed-language text, and card armor and Archer Mage behavior.
Developer's description
You are a wealthy but broken guy, betrayed by your girlfriend and destroyed by your brother. Your only escape is anime and dreams of the unattainable.
But one day, you receive a golden invitation to the "Golden Fox Festival". It's not just a cosplay festival. It's an elite casino-club where girls bring any fantasy to life. But to gain access to them, you'll have to enter a "Rivalry" with the person who hates you most in the world — your brother.
Spoiler
The "Festival" is
Board game: Every dice roll can change everything.
Collecting: Gather girl cards, build combinations, and win card battles.
Steamy content: Dozens of unique scenes unlocked by answering quiz questions correctly.
Mysterious lore: Uncover the festival's secrets, interact with the enigmatic Mistress, and find out why she is personally watching your progress.
v1.2
Added:
- Four manual save slots instead of a single autosave.
- Added save and load buttons to the map.
- +13 achievements.
- Honkai: Star Rail title and +1 crossover girl.
- Improved enemy AI in card duels.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed tags that blocked certain achievements.
- Empty cells on the board no longer block the game.
- Fixed spots where English players saw Russian text mid-scene.
- Removed the Boosty button since it's no longer needed.
- Armor no longer makes cards nearly immortal. It now reduces the hit itself instead of subtracting a flat amount of health. Weak attacks still damage armored cards.
- The Archer attacks exactly as described: two diagonal targets.
- The Archer and Mage no longer lose damage when hitting multiple targets; it's just split between them.
- If the Mage's main target is dead, leftover damage hits another living card.
- Dodging is fairer now: one attack equals one dodge attempt. If the card dodges, the attack misses entirely.
- Vampirism only heals from actual damage dealt, not the base damage.
- Health no longer exceeds the max from vampirism or regeneration.
- Tenacity triggers once per round, not once per duel.
- Rage finally works and gives the stated attack bonus.
- Duels can't last forever anymore. There's a round limit; after that, it's a draw.
- Fixed numerous grammar and logic errors.
Version 1.1
- Fixed (again) a bug in the English version that would count correct answers as incorrect.
- Fixed a bug with missing pictures for Meiko Shiraki.
- Added achievements for "Akame ga Kill," "Food Wars," and "Overlord."
- Added two girls: Himiko Toga from "MGA" and Holo from "Spice and Wolf."
- Minor grammar corrections.
Version 1.0.
- The plot has been fully implemented and finalized.
- Added the title "Akame ga Kill!"
- Added Meiko Shiraki from "Prison School" to the crossover.
- Fixed a saving bug.
- Fixed a bug in the English version with incorrect answers. - Minor tweaks to the "Overlord" title variants
Version 0.9
- Added the "Soma's Cooking Battle" and "Overlord" titles
- Added Kushina to the "Naruto" title
- Added Yoko Littner, Hermione Granger, and Naruko to the "Cross" title (the latter is from "7 Days Until...," so she won't be included in "Naruto").
- Fixed a bug preventing the settings from being used in the prologue.
- Fixed a buggy sound issue in the prologue.

This is not a good game, its nice that the game is trying something else than just VN slop, but there's just nothing here. The main game play is just asking you question about specific anime, and those questions get…

The artwork is really well done; it's a shame the game is so hard. I know many of the characters and have watched the show, but there are some questions that even the creator probably wouldn't remember off the top…

An okay game i guess, even if there is still lots of work to make the experience enjoyable. It quickly gets repetitive and greatly lacks of balancing. On the subject of repetitiveness, the board never evolves. There is nothing that…
