From the window, you can see a sunset sky peeking over the mountains and hear the cry of a crow. Above the bed is a nameplate with the name Atori Yoshihisa. Is that your name? You can’t remember. What you're sick with, when you were admitted, or when you'll be discharged is all a mystery. Your caretakers begin to take care of your sexual needs, gradually deviating further and further away from anything that can be deemed "treatment" and crossing the boundaries of patient and care provider as you hedonistically indulge in the carnal pleasures of the flesh.
