From Another World is a 3D animated adult game by Code 8 Neko, built in Unreal Engine. You play as Alex, a young man whose family is taken by a conflict between dimensions. After ending up in an orphanage, he is pulled through a portal and returns seven years later to find his old home destroyed. He rejoins childhood friends under a shaky peace treaty, tries to work and support them, and senses that the calm may hide trouble. The story includes corruption themes.
The current release is v.260926 Hotfix 2, dated September 26, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest notes add intimate scenes for Mia and Dana, plus nude scenes for Elise, including kitchen, laundry room, and onsen content, and relationship-based scenes. A previous hotfix fixed a black screen bug in the homebase. The update also expanded the locker area, added a bench near the homebase for Elise’s route, and filled Mia and Dana’s weekly schedule, with some events left as future content.

In a world ravaged by interdimensional warfare, Alex loses his parents and seeks refuge in an orphanage. When he gets unexpectedly swept away through a portal, he emerges 7 years later to a reality where his former home lies in ruins. Reconnecting with childhood friends amidst a fragile peace treaty, Alex focuses on finding a job and taking care of his friends, but he can't shake the feeling that something isn't right about the newfound tranquility.
