About Ghost Stories

Ghost Stories is a 2D animated adventure by H. Potato, built with the Others engine. It presents a female protagonist in a SalvorDeep-inspired setting where you explore haunted places and try to catch ghosts, but the first case becomes complicated. The art uses 2DCG visuals, and the tone includes paranormal events, humor, and corruption.

The current build is v0.2, released September 14, 2026, for Windows and Linux in English, uncensored. Development is ongoing, since the changelog notes updates. This version fully illustrates all levels, though a few placeholders remain, including some ghost visuals after levels. It adds pixel animations for the third and fourth levels, simplifies progression to clue finding, shifts focus to level gimmicks, fixes old bugs, and adds new bugs to solve. The release is not marked as final.

A fony SalvorDeep-inspired game about catching ghost and exploring haunted places, but everything gets a little complicated... in the first case! (also, IF u checked my first game you'll catch some references and jokes sooo, I'd recomend u to check it first, its not necessary tho...

I love the variety of animations and stripping. Unfortunately a bit of content are under placeholders (you can still see the rough sketch) but its a new game so just imagine the last sentence ceases to exist after awhile …
