Good game. Needs a bit more variety in enemies and maybe an actual ending, but this is a solid foundation for something greater. Finished all the levels, and would highly suggest the author make sequels by adding other elements piecemeal.

You've just got to love when a game's penultimate level(s) end up somehow being even harder than the final level. The awkward cycles of the goblin enemies on Level 22 got me killed fucked about a dozen and a half times due to slightly janky hit detection, but I beat Level 24 on the second try ( I was being careless and hit some wall spikes trying a probably unintended strategy ). Still, it shows you everything right on the tin: get the heart, "save" the girl. I'm sure there are folks out there who'll wish they could screw the goblins and not have it result in a level death... and while I'm inclined to agree, what we got is good enough. 24 levels, each measuring about a minute long each barring any curious or careless deaths, will give you a half-hour of fun with a hugely minimalist form factor—the game is less than 15 MB totally unpacked, so even if you're starved for free space, this takes up almost none. I believe this is what people call "fun-sized".
