HenPri: Hentai Prison is a visual novel by Qruppo, the team behind NUKITASHI, using the Others engine and 2D CG art. You play Shuichiro Minato, a Tokyo resident sentenced to ten years after being arrested for what he calls self-expression. He is sent to Tulip Prison, an isolated island facility for criminals considered beyond rehabilitation, where he must deal with a harsh system and his own choices while seeking happiness inside. The game includes parody, humiliation, and multiple endings.
The current release is v1.0.2, dated September 25, 2025, and the project is ongoing. It runs on Windows and supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Adult content is censored with mosaics. The latest changelog describes the Honorific Restoration Patch that restores honorifics, reverts Japanese name order, fixes romanization, adjusts some lines, and corrects minor translation issues. Version 1.0.2 also adds the Himeru Yamagishi mini-scenario.

Thrown into prison for an act of self-expression, protagonist Shuichiro must confront both a violent system and his own actions—or else try to find happiness on the inside in this visual novel from the makers of NUKITASHI. Spoiler Tulip Prison—a special penitentiary filled with criminals from all over Japan who have been deemed too far gone to rehabilitate. As the “phantom precinct” of the justice system, its facilities occupy an inescapable island that stands alone on the open sea. Shuichiro Minato—a young man who lives in Tokyo. Amid the Christmas lighting one beautiful winter night, he was arrested as a public nuisance. Shuichiro defended himself in court, describing his acts as self-expression— art —but no one could understand him. He was sentenced to ten years of penal servitude for being a pest and resisting arrest. What's more, he was deemed too far gone to rehabilitate... and thrown into Tulip Prison. In a modern-day dungeon with monsters in human skin around every corner, can one brave annoyance survive? Whatever the future holds, one thing is for sure: This prison ain't no paradise.
