Her New Job: Jade's Rule is a Ren'Py dating sim by StudioLucy, presented with animated AI CG visuals. It is a winter side story for the Her New Job series, played through a mobile-style interface of chats, photos, stories, and choices. You play as a male protagonist invited by Jade to spend three days in an Alps chalet as her plus one. Her Velour contract requires a model image without a boyfriend, so campaign partner Mathis, a ski instructor, is believed to be her real boyfriend. Jade wants a witness, and the snow closes the road.
The current build is a v1.0 Demo released on October 21, 2026. Development is ongoing, and the latest update adds Chapter 1 of 3, The Invitation. The demo runs in English on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, and is uncensored. Choices can lead to multiple endings, deciding whether Jade's three days become yours, shared, or hers. The full game, with three chapters, three routes, seven endings, and seventeen animated scenes, is available for VIP and Producer Patreon members.

This winter they've given her a partner for the campaign: Mathis, a ski instructor with a nice smile who thinks the couple is real. So Jade invites you. Three days in a chalet in the Alps, as her "plus one". She wants a witness. Then the snow closes the road. A winter side story from Her New Job, played through your phone: chats, photos, stories and choices that decide whether Jade's three days end up yours, shared, or hers.
