Modern society has become more convenient thanks to advances in science and the creation of various inventions. However, villains who misuse these inventions or invent illegal inventions appear, threatening peaceful towns. To suppress such villains, a nationally approved invention called a "Physical Ability Enhancement Suit" is created. Wearing it, people fight like heroes in special effects, and those officially called "heroes" begin to play an active role. Then, a group of all-female villains appears in the town where the protagonist, who aspires to be a hero and has become one himself, lives...

I like this little sub-genre of of Kamon rRder style hero vs villainesses but this isn't the best of example if it. It's short, there's not a lot of scenes, and there's only a scene replay option if you give in rather than staying a hero. It's fine but not great/

This is a lose for H game. If you play to win, you won't see much of anything. In fact, even just using the basic attack makes it possible to win so unless you use the surrender button, you likely won't see much of anything. That being said, it certainly doesn't deserve a 1-star rating. First, each villain has about 5 scenes. 1 for losing to them, 2 for meeting them after losing, 1 for meeting after getting certain endings (I haven't seen all of the endings so I can't confirm you get those scenes for all endings), and 3 collectible pictures. The quantity isn't enormous, especially when the 2 meetings are the same CG with slightly altered text, but it's still enough to make each vilain feel different. That part is also one of the strong points of this story. Each vilain feels completely different. They have their own looks but also their own personalities. Some might not quite be for you but you can probably find one that does it for you. While the time between mission gives you almost nothing to do in the city, I found that it was more complex than that. As you lose, the vilains take control of the city and dialogs change. Those changes bring another flavor to the game. I found myself going around town and talking to all of the NPCs to find the differences and I really enjoyed it. It felt like those details were made with lots of love and it felt well made. The problem was that this attention to details was limited to certain parts and others were almost non-existant. The fact you can beat the game in 30 min with barely anything lewd to see isn't wrong and that is a problem. On the other hand, I spent a good 3-4h playing and seeing the small changes. From a couple who slowly turns into minions of the organisation to the ever-growing fan club, it's all very well made. If anything, I was left wanting more. I might even check the dev's page for more games. It felt like a talented dev but still lacking experience to me. You don't go changing minor NPC dialogs for a cash grab game. I also loved how reading the small interactions made me change my mind about some of the characters. For example, red seems to want to help others who have insecurities like she did before joining while yellow is being treated as eye candy at her part-time job, making her uncomfortable. They don't feel evil, but they are also not good people. That makes them feel more alive and enjoyable. On the other hand, combat is bad. The first level has one enemy that drops something. The rest is just in the way and the combat with minions is tedious at best. The bosses can be takin down with basic attacks and no strategies even after being drained a few times while you can also get upgrades from the scientist at the top right of the main room in the defence building making combat trivial and even annoying. There is also no in-battle CG. TLDR H 3/5: good but not much. Only available if you lose. Gameplay 1/5: avoid fights as much as possible. Just surrender to bosses to gain access to the H. Story 4/5: great town corruption elements but only if you keep losing and talk to everyone. Character design 4/5: vilains are unique but heroes are a bit bland, so no 5/5 Overall design 2/5: Need to constantly lose to make the game good, which is awful design but fast travel and the fan club stop it from being a 1/5. Overall 2.5/5: Good enough to want to replay it later but has many problems as well.
