About I Didn't Know My Plain Little Sister Was This Big-breasted and Lewd! ~A Horny Switch That Gets Hot When Wet~
This adult game from Appetite uses the Others engine and 2D CG art. You play Chisato, whose little sister Chimi has what he calls a water curse. While walking home together, the curse affects them, leaving both soaked. Back inside, Chimi begins behaving sexually, and Chisato is left watching rather than reacting. It is a Japanese release with a male protagonist, multiple endings, and voiced scenes.
The released build is complete, with development finished on August 22, 2014. It runs on Windows and is available in an edited English machine translation. Sexual content is censored with mosaic. The story focuses on the siblings' home situation after the curse, presenting adult themes directly, and also choices lead to different outcomes overall.

By the time they arrived home, they are completely drenched wet. And just as both of them walk into their home, Chimi slumps on the floor and begins touching herself. Chisato, dumb-fooled at what is happening right in front of his eyes, can't do anything but just watch. Was my little sister always this lewd?
