About If My Heart Had Wings
If My Heart Had Wings is a romance-focused visual novel from Pulltop, built with the Others engine and presented in 2D CG art. You play Aoi, who returns to his hometown of Kazegaura after losing his sense of direction in life. On a hillside lined with windmills, he meets Kotori, a girl in a wheelchair, and the two watch gliders pass overhead. With his childhood friend Ageha, he works to revive the school’s soaring club and pursue an old dream of flying in a glider. The story combines school setting, romance, and humor.
The current build is Flight Diary with the Akari DLC, dated 2023-04-11 and available for Windows. It is an English version and includes censorship. The supplied changelog notes a re-translation patch, version 2.1.0.142, dated 2018-06-24, which fixed typos and script issues; an earlier 2018-03-23 patch introduced the new translation. The game also has Japanese voice acting and multiple endings.
