About Impregnate! Secret Casino Specializing in Butts

This adult point-and-click game by Kumao uses Unity and animated 2D AI CG visuals. You play a male protagonist in a casino where card game points are spent on interactions with several girls instead of exchanged for money. The goal is to build relationships and eventually cause pregnancy, while rivals can appear and try to take those girls, so netorare is a possible theme. The overview notes that players who want to avoid that result may rely on repeated saves.

The current build is V2, released on July 31, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Android, supports English and Japanese, and is censored. The last listed update with changes, v1.06, added a quick play control in sound settings. Earlier updates also added an achievement system and a double speed option for the birth scene.

Developer's description

In this new Kumao game you partake in card games. At this casino all the earned points go towards having fun with girls rather than exchanging it for money. Several girls to play with and eventually impregnate. Be aware that rivals may and will appear to challenge you and try to overtake your gurls. So yeah, save scumming FTW for those who want to avoid NTR

If, like me, you're really into impregnation, I think this one is worth a little time. Maybe download a save. It has some incredibly erotic scenarios, e.g. impregnating in front of a classroom as a demonstration, as part of an…
