About Intimate Bond (Desire Drug)

Intimate Bond (Desire Drug) is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by BlackGoat, presented with animated 2D CG artwork in a school setting. You play a college student whose father dies, leaving him to live with three women. After discovering research notes about an Alzheimer's drug that can temporarily change a person's mental state, he continues the work. His choices decide whether he pursues a cure or uses the research to control consciousness. The game also carries harem themes.

The current build is a demo version v0.1, released September 1, 2023 as an initial release. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux in English, with no censorship. The v0.1 update renamed the project, fixed many bugs, and set the resolution to 1920x1080. It added seven scenes and four characters, introduced a work minigame and gift-based affection system, refreshed the UI with task prompts, and opened shopping, trading, inventory, and attribute pages.

Developer's description

In this game, you'll play as an exceptional college student whose life takes an unexpected turn when his father, suddenly and mysteriously passes away, leaving behind three beautiful women to live together with him. As fate would have it, he stumbles upon some research materials, revealing that drugs designed for Alzheimer's treatment can temporarily alter a person's mental state. Determined to continue the drug's development, he embarks on the journey of research. Will he successfully develop a cure for Alzheimer's, or will he venture further down the path of controlling consciousness? It all depends on the player's choices...

v0.1 The game name has been officially changed to "Intimate Bond." Most of the bugs have been fixed. The overall game resolution has been adjusted to 1920x1080.
