About Inversion: Inverted World
Inversion: Inverted World is an adult visual novel by F4elan, built in Ren'Py with animated 3DCG artwork. It follows a male protagonist who wakes in a hospital after a long coma with no memories. The story asks what happens when a society reverses familiar gender expectations: men are often smaller and protected, while women tend to be taller, stronger, and placed in leadership roles. The tone includes humor, and the player explores how this changed world works.
The current build is version 0.2.0, released on September 5, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Android, with English and Portuguese language options, and it is uncensored. This update adds more than 500 renders, new animation, sound effects, ambience, character introductions, family interactions, hospital characters, and general fixes. It also brings the game to Android.
Developer's description
What if the world you knew worked completely differently? Inversion: Inverted World is an 18+ visual novel set in a society where many of the expectations traditionally associated with men and women are reversed. Men are generally smaller, gentler, and expected to be protected, while women are typically taller, stronger, and more often expected to lead and protect. After spending more than two years in a coma, you awaken in a hospital with no memory of who you are. But memory loss is only the beginning. Something about you has changed.
