About IRRUMATIO ULTRA

IRRUMATIO ULTRA is a Unity-powered 3D simulator built around male domination and oral sex themes. The player takes the role of a male protagonist who visits a female companion at a follower's home and uses her as a deep-throat practice subject. The animated 3DCG presentation shows the woman's reactions as she is slapped, punched, and forced to gag, with an optional vomiting mechanic that can be toggled on or off. The game is censored and presented in both English and Japanese.

The current build is version 3.0.0, released on May 30, 2025, for Windows. Development is ongoing, with the most recent patch adding two new motions, a recording and replay tool, fresh costume options, and a fix for the sound settings bug. Earlier updates brought kneeling and stake-style motions, a free camera with a male hide toggle, a gag stick mode, and a feature that triggers nipple reactions whenever the character gags.

Developer's description

We would like to introduce this work. I'm the PR person for our circle! I love deep throating and my name is Tamatenako! This time, I, Tamatenako, was invited to a follower's house and treated as a deep throat masturbator with deep throating. She writhes in agony as she is slapped on the face and punched in the stomach. When you attack deep in her throat vigorously, she will occasionally let out a gagging burp. As they continued to attack the back of her throat, she eventually vomited... I get excited seeing her face in pain and as it becomes dirty and sticky. (If you don't like vomiting, don't worry, you can turn it on or off.)

its simple. gets right to the point. it might be hard to classify as a "game" because it takes all of 5 mins to unlock everything, not a lot of surprises. but it's still a great visual and auditory experience…

Appeals to a niche kink but lacks the details needed to make it appealing. The lack of proper fluid simulation from spit and other stuff really makes it feel lacking. Between that and the piss poor default camera angles, there…

It's not bad. I like the model work of the game, but it's pretty bland. Although, given that it is deepthroat themed, it makes sense. I don't mind the blood, spit and vomit effects the game has, but it's not…
