IV? AV!! 2 is an animated adult simulator made by Glass Atelier in Unity. It is presented from a first-person perspective and uses 2D CG artwork. The premise follows Mana-chan, a new heroine trying to become a professional idol, while a photo shoot brings a troubling complex into focus. The game includes censored adult material and touches on themes such as cheating and corruption.

The current build remains ongoing at version 1.2.0, released on May 30, 2025. It runs on Windows in English, Japanese, and Chinese, with censorship. The latest changelog adds the Gal Seifuku costume. Earlier updates introduced a Free Mode, new scenes, new items, minor bug fixes, and a full release that included an advanced trial and official information updates for players.

I liked the first game as well. Although the Art is not too great, the animations itself are pretty good. Shop system is a bit strange and it is hard to keep track where you've already been in the dialogue…
