It's an alright game, not gonna lie. Just wish the dev knew what they're doing. Like I understand partly why they're revising chapters, but it is kinda bugging me that it's taken this long to do so. Other than that, game is okay, sometimes a tiny bit laggy at certain times, but not as much. Story is okay, and the gameplay is alright, tho I wish they had a walk through or something that was easier to look at for instructions and such. 4/5 rating. Hoping the dev is starting to get the grip on what they're doing now.

My Review for [CH0-7 Revised on Normal Difficulty] As the game inches closer towards competition (albeit at a snail's pace), my future reviews will be more strict going forward. Gameplay & Mechanics (4/5) I'm happy to say that there are a bunch of cool additions that were added to the game. The single most practical item they've added is the inclusion of 'Thief Ring' Accessory that can be crafted in Chapter 1. Together with 'Bandit Ring', it's much easier to farm materials from each fight as you can obtain mats from the enemy matching the Loot Gem on their turn (saving time and effort). I welcome the additional save slots (with improved readability) as I don't have to overwrite my old saves. Volga has been given many new skills upon leveling up, and I've experimented with each one. Ice-Water combo remains a beginner-friendly kit that will help you grind and push through most of the game (w/ a different build needed for the Volcano section). Water element is the best at keeping your character alive, and Bubble has excellent synergy with Ice to deal tons of burst damage. However, the reason I've dropped my score from 5/5 -> 4/5 is mainly due to three reasons. Firstly, the GIANT SWAMP OCTOPUS boss from Jade Swamp is currently IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT EVEN AT NORMAL DIFFICULTY. I did a lot of attempts and had an AMAZING run where I brought the optional boss down to 300 HP while maintaining 3 BARS only to be defeated at the very next turn despite having 100% DEF, TEC+3 advantage, and +5 VIT buff from the bathhouse!! Second, Cyrus's boss fight felt a tad too strong for normal difficulty, considering that he has double the armor hit points of the MC (due to limited armor fragments given by the story). Lastly, Fiend's Eye, the material needed for Bandit Ring (Chapter 3), for some odd reason refused to be dropped by the enemy, and it badly impacted my gameplay experience since I was only able to craft the much-needed Accessory in Chapter 5 (farming Hellhounds). NSFW Content & Aesthetics (5/5) NGL, it made me hyped when I saw the recent fully-animated trailer drop of this game! There is much to enjoy in this new version for first-timers, as the old NSFW scenes have finally been reincorporated into the 2nd Remake of this game (plus newer eye-candy CGs). Both the Main Menu and Stage Select Screen got a glow-up that makes the game more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. New battle soundtracks have been added that are worth listening to on repeat. I do love and adore that new look of Strombo and Grubert, and I'm secretly hoping for future naughty content of the latter. Story & Dating Simulator (4/5) The one major positive thing that came from the 2nd rework is the story itself. It's much more fleshed out and better paced compared to the previous version. Tharsix is a fan-favorite of many and has been introduced much earlier in the game (compared to the 1st Remake) so that both the player and MC would have ample time to bond and form a genuine connection with this character, making Volga's interactions in Chapter 5 a lot more natural. I'd say that most of the romanceable characters (ie. Aoba, Darius, Cyrus, Tharsix) are well developed with different quirks and unique character arcs that make them likable. Hell, even Lambert (whom I dislike as a person but like as a character), has been fixed so that his relationship with Volga is now heavily impacted by the main story. Furthermore, I'm fully on board that the other side characters were given love as well (referring to Gruebert, Isandro, Gimdin, and Murvin), as working with them not only gives Volga different stat buffs but also allows the player and MC to get to know them better individually. If I'm being honest, I'm a huge Grubert simp, and I'm secretly hoping that he gets a juicy naughty scene with Volga. PRO TIP: Prioritize getting Gruebert's Job Rank to 3-stars first before you start dating characters. You'll be able to raise the relationship-meter of multiple characters in a single playthrough. However, do take note that the Dating Simulator is still WIP as the Job system is only implemented up to 6/10 stars, while the relationship system only reaches 4/5 hearts (as of the current version). Aside from this, I would have given this version a 5/5 if not for the following three characters: Bolis, Lef, and Volga. Bolis ATM feels less of a character and more of a plot device as Volga is not able to even interact with him during intermissions. Lef as a character feels lacking and underdeveloped. Don't get me wrong, I cherish and empathize with him. However, he acts too passively for someone who had undergone a tragedy, lacking the hunger and motivation that Volga has. I'm hoping the devs give him more agency and character growth, and something as simple as Lef taking initiative and following his father’s footsteps by learning to cook would make him better than a 1D character. Overall Quality Assurance (3/5) I'm happy to announce that my game did not crash a single time, and I was able to finish the game without any interruptions. However, my rating only went up from 1/5 -> 3/5 due to the following bugs below. - There's a visual bug occurring when you talk to the Middle-aged man outside the Coliseum, where Volga's 2D sprite does not disappear, but will go away by returning to the town map. It also reoccurs during the ‘Save Tharsix’ questline in Chapter 5. - Green Energy Bar given by Murvin only permanently increases VIT by 2, despite the text saying it increases VIT by 4. - Aoba mentions his Special Lucky Charm to Volga when talking to him, despite the player not having it in his inventory yet. - City Square Button UI is missing during the 4th Tournament Match against Kailano in Chapter 3, Top 16 Schedule/Check for Lambert/Tournament 6th Match in Chapter 4, and Tavee vs Kakula in Chapter 6. - There's a massive bug with Gruebert's Dialogue during the 'Sea Duty' questline, where he's speaking as Linus instead before showing the Inn UI inside the Tavern. - There's a bug with the Kid's dialogue in the Colosseum during the 3rd Intermission before Darius's boss fight. - The Peace Incense item does not notify the player when its effects have worn off. - Lef's dialogue during the intermission did not reflect him and Volga already making up after the Top 8 finalist interview. - There's an error with Lef's dialogue at the Church during Tavee vs Kakula's fight in Chapter 6. Final Verdict (4/5) For those who want to play this game, you may finally do so as the latest playable version is very stable. Don't rush through the game's main storyline, as you'll miss out on a lot of secret content in the intermissions (at least until Chapter 4). There's enough content to play for 12 hours straight. Hopefully, the devs can resume pushing the main storyline.

Gotta say, I keep coming back to this game. It's charming, in a way, the art is very good. But, for a lewd game, there's simply not enough sexual encounters. The gameplay itself is interesting, it's a combination of RPG and candy crush, you combine different gems for a different effect (attack enemy, heal, charge a special attack, etc.) Casual gameplay like this is exactly what a lewd game needs. I think, if the dev focused more on sexual stuff, instead of a pointless and uninteresting story, dialogues and lore (who cares, right?), it would've been a lot better game, than it is now.

It keeps crashing. I can't even write a proper review because it's impossible to go 20 minutes into the game without experiencing a crash, usually after entering the open world map. I'm not sure of if it's due to changing the in-game settings or messing with it with the UnityExplorer crack as I was instructed, but I cannot recommend the game in this state. You'll get more enjoyment out of viewing the screenshots than playing it. (P.S. If there's a fix, please message me because I really do want to play this game)

An enjoyable game, even if it feels like it'll never be finished. At the very least the combat is fun, the scenes are hot, the characters are likeable, and the writing continues to improve with each update. This is a true passion project, and I do hope it'll one day be completed.

I bought this a few years ago. The MC rarely gets involved in the scene. For most of the scenes, the MC just watching. You don't have many SX options. The random encounters are not F-able monsters. But, the battle is quite fun.
