A police officer investigating a case awakens in a large abandoned rural hospital filled with free-roaming test subjects from a researcher. The game uses pixel art and includes adult animations, with casual difficulty and an invincibility option that lets players view erotic scenes from the start. It presents many adult-themed animations rather than only affectionate encounters.

The current build is v3.01, released on June 16, 2023, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows with English machine translation and mosaic censorship. The version includes nine monster types plus more, and future updates plan new monsters and multiplayer; the original release already supported mosquito multiplayer.
