About Kuougusa Ver2

Kuougusa Ver2 is a finished RPG Maker title by Utage. You play Mai, a young girl who was torn from her hometown during an era of war. The game follows an RPG journey across a war-torn setting with illustrated event CGs, and its story touches on corruption, humiliation, and cheating.

The final build was released on March 19, 2009 for Windows in English, with censored visuals. Development is complete. The Ver2 update added six new event CGs with variations, revised some existing event CGs, and introduced a Journey Log item available at the start for revisiting experiences and checking quest information. It also changed battles to side battles, added new items and weapons, adjusted balance, and included New Game Plus without special second-playthrough events.
