About Lagoon Lounge 2: The Secret Roommate
Lagoon Lounge 2: The Secret Roommate is a 2D CG furry romance made by KAIJYU-09 in Unity. You play a male beastman who burned out from overwork, left his job, and is living at a friend's home in Shunzhou, a village by the lake. While there, he finds a lion beastman resting outdoors, assumes the newcomer has little money, and lets him stay. Later, curiosity about a carry-on case leads him to discover a large amount of banknotes and realize he has taken in an unusual guest.
The current build is v1.02, released on February 6, 2024 for Windows. It is uncensored and available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai. The latest update added Simplified Chinese, fixed an English-switching bug, corrected missing UI text, included new dialogue in episode three, episode five, and the ending episode, adjusted some background music and sound effect volumes, and changed or corrected character illustrations and expression icons.
Developer's description
The protagonist is a beastman who collapsed from overwork and quit his job. He is currently staying at a friend's house in the lakeside village of Shunzhou. Spoiler One day, the protagonist discovers a lion beastman hiding in the shade, urinating. Upon closer inspection, it seems he was camping out. Feeling sorry for him, thinking he couldn't afford to stay at an inn due to lack of money, the protagonist takes it upon himself to let him stay at his friend's house. While the lion beastman sleeps in exhaustion, the protagonist, curious about the contents of his carry-on case, discovers an unprecedented amount of banknotes. "…What should I do...?" At that moment, the protagonist realizes that he has picked up an extraordinary individual.
