Lenore PhD is an adult RPG by gaabaju, made in Godot and presented with 2D CG art. You play Lenore, a young woman who has moved to a cozy town away from home. Her clumsy habits quickly leave her in debt, and a worse threat may soon follow. Since she cannot use magic or fight, she must depend on allies for protection while healing them in battle. To earn money and progress, she can take jobs such as clinic work, tavern work, farming, or prostitution. Choices shape relationships, reputation, and the story, with multiple romance options, branching paths, and a deeper mystery.

Development is ongoing, with Chapter 1 currently available as an initial release dated June 10, 2026. The game runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest update introduces the first chapter, including the top-down RPG loop where you support injured followers, lure enemies, and choose how Lenore survives while her story expands.

Lenore PhD is an adult game where you play as Lenore, shockingly enough, a young woman who just moved to a cozy town far from home. However, she quickly gets into debt, as one does, due to her clumsiness. Although there soon might be something worse than debt breathing down her neck... Completely incapable of magic and violence, she must rely on others for protection while she supports them in battle as a healer. To survive and pay off her debt, Lenore can work various jobs. From running a clinic, working at the tavern, farming, or even selling her body as a prostitute. Every choice affects her relationships, reputation, and the main story. Features multiple romanceable characters, branching paths, and a deeper mysterious storyline. The gameplay is that of a top down RPG except the main character is incapable of violence and thus has to rely on others for survival, instead of fighting you operate on your followers when they are injured and lure enemies to clear the way forward. So far only the chapter 1 of the game is implemented but there's much more to come.
