Libertas: Awakened Lust

It is easy to know that there are many different types of fetishes. Different people have different fetishes. If someone creates a list of his/her own fetishes, the top being the favorite, then this game just so happens to check the top three on my list. If you are into foot, beautiful futas, and futa on female, then this game will not let you down. Five star, wow, just wow. Keep up the good work dev!

Wow. Just..wow. I am reviewing version 0.09. There was a review present, complaining about there being no options..you are only forwarding dialogue.. I don't mind it..yes..its a bit less of a game without no branches..no decisions to make. But on the other hand the VN in front of us feels good to play..the characters are interesting. As a personal note I would make Emily's falls take longer..she is progressing very quickly. But considering there is no mechanic to occupy you..I guess the fast pace is inevitable. The fast progression is needed to keep the player interested. There is only so much world-building you can cram into a VN before it becomes boring. Still..I would interject one or two scenes, where Emily manages to control herself. The scenes present so far are stellar, unique in concept..the inclusion of a foot-fetish, that the MC is exploring, finding out she is into..while not fully my thing..is actually really nice. After playing so many games like this..it provided something new..I am not mad at it at all. Then there is music. STELLAR. I do not know how its made..if its coincidence or just the author finding good music. But the songs are about characters Emily and Victoria..those are the same as the one in the game. It very well describes their situation. No matter how it was made. The inclusion is a genius idea. It honestly impressed me. I am giving five stars, wishing all the best to the developer and will be following for more.

This game is excellent so far. It's a bit of a slow burn. I mean the MC is married, so you should expect a slower corruption, but it's already started with one of the main LIs (Victoria), especially with update 0.9. The visuals are solid, not the best, but this dev is just starting out and does all of this on his laptop, so cut him some slack. The story starts out great. A slow ease into the environment and atmosphere with each update delivering more and more of the corruption. Emily is hot. Victoria is hot. Victoria is not black; she is Indian based. The dev has confirmed the model used for her is based on an Indian character. Lastly, the one-star reviews below me have absolutely no clue what they're talking about. The game's first update dropped in March of this year and the updates average 100+ renders, so why would you expect there to be a lot of content to this point?

A slow burn kinetic novel with barely any content so far. The renders are nice, but there's no gameplay or interaction in any way, and most damning for a game with nothing else going for it: Almost no sexual content. Not recommended unless you enjoy reading a very long intro. Currently sitting at 4½ star rating. It's probably being rated so highly currently because of "potential" but I think my rating is a more realistic evalution of the current state of the product. I'll update this review should the game move to a more finished state.

Finally as of v0.8 this game has enough content where I feel i can give it a review. The premise is interesting but nothing special, but the game is carried by the very hot characters and sexy scenes. The best scene so far is the one with Lucy added in the last update. The update schedule is a bit wierd as each update only has one scene but i don;t mind it as the updates come out quick.

Good visuals and decently written conversation, with workable premise, but no choices combines with a lack of fleshed out characters and very rushed pacing to make it hard to recommend. Game updates have also been extremely short. The "slip a finger into her mouth" was the correct speed to have the character reeling, but not actually quitting. Then have the needs not met by husband, and so it gets escalated a little bit next time. You need that time not just for believe ability, but to introduce the other characters the story should have. You work with the two you saw fucking, giving the awkward conversation is important to using them for anything more later, and for normalizing the corruption. This isn't even saying the story needs brakes on... you'd actually likely get to the protagonist being fully corrupted in the same time, but it needs setup and breakthroughs, then reflection/post-rationalization periods to run home to the player the impact, not 0-100 and the protagonist doesn't know why either. Also use the few characters we already know, Kimmy has been thought about a ton... why didn't we call her, instead of merely throw the background lore in cold? These are adults who have moved cities in a modern world, not been kidnapped and taken to a mysterious island where there isn't outside contact. Likewise it'd be normal to meet at least somebody outside of work in the first week in a new place, and thats once again badly needed plot hooks and motivation for future events that is currently lacking.. give us a art class (shocked by nude model?) or a gym (hot and sweaty? Or maybe corrupting influence of another gym bunny who overshares?). Even a church (counter force to corruption story initially, confession as useful reflection element, potentual secrets later?). Wife is horny can only do so much heavy lifting in the story by itself, you need more layers going on. As is we're 4 updates in without any user input. Let us choose the protagonist name. Let us choose something visual for one of the shorter scenes (hair, clothing ect) and give us some reactions to dialog (even if its internal monolog, am I outraged, am I curious ect) as this can give a stat to slowly track over time. It doesn't need to lock out options to feel important, most of the time don't change what occurs in the world, change our perspective of it. We can see the same lewd poster (and so get the same fan service as player) but have the previous points have a threshold to be horrified or excited by it. The power of Renpy as a game engine is its near trivial to add these variations, and better yet, the skip function lets players do a second pass over the game to make other choices in a fraction of the time, getting the difference highlighted for them. Kinetic stories can work (still no reason not to let us pick name though), but to be more than a retelling of a single sexual encounter, they rely HEAVILY on reader being regularly suprised by twists in the story, which take the same role as choice branches, the current setting is not well suited to that. The characters outside protagonist are all flat steriotypes, and protagonists hesitation to cheat will currently not be reflected in any way shape or form by any player, given the husband hasn't been shown a single redeeming quality. We know its a Futa game, we know the inevitability, but there needs to be a reason its more than that... and thats currently lacking. Also for main menu, the moan on mouse over isn't the choice I'd go for, but if you want to make it work somewhat, either make it noise on mouse down (so when you first click but with enough delay before you see the next screen), or start the sound only if its not already playing on first hover. As is it layers like 5x when you move the mouse quickly accross screen which just makes a very loud annoying noise.

Review for [v0.04] Why must I suffer in the presence of such an idiotic cohort of gooners? The fact that there are 3 (now 2) SEPARATE reviews complaining about the "lack of content" because they only saw "v0.4" in the title and installed it. Trusting illiterate mongrels for a good opinion of a VISUAL NOVEL? Seeing as how if they could read, they'd notice that not only does the page creation and most recent update dates match, but the change log also says that this is the first release. This is an initial release, and should be treated not even as a demo, simply as part of the introduction. Now, actually onto the review: even though this is VERY early on, I want to offer my two cents, to ensure at least there's two reviews that are actually talking about the bloody AVN being reviewed. First up, I like the dialogue writing. It's actually doing a decent job building up the eventual corruption; giving a real argumentative taste to the internal dialogue. You can see the potential for future storytelling. Since it's so new, I'm curious to see whether it'll be solely focused on the boss, or whether it'll expand to numerous women (both cis and futa). My assumption is on the latter tbh. While the husband is incredibly stupid, I think the kinda guy he is is actually pretty accurate to the environment described: he hears the words she's saying, but doesn't actually listen to her, and thinks he knows best. He's not cartoonishly evil like most of these AVNs, and it's refreshing. Onto the visuals, and I think they do a good job. A big thing with first uploads is that you assume this is the worst it's gonna be, and if it so, that's great. The expectation that it'll also get even better? Great news. Obviously can't comment on any sex scenes, as there's really nothing to talk about, but I'll update it when it's relevant.

The current release is similar to a demo showing the character without much content. Currently there isn't any sex content, but the characters look great and unique, and the story and setting are well thought out. This game looks like it has a lot of potential.
