About Little Big Billy
Little Big Billy is an adult visual novel created by Orange juice in Ren'Py. You play Billy, a man living with Janine since childhood. A rare condition makes him look younger than he is, and this affects his relationships with the girls at school. Its setting centers on Billy's home life and school relationships. The story focuses on his plan to use his distinctive physical trait in the adult film industry, while themes of corruption, exhibitionism, and a male protagonist appear. The presentation uses 3D CG renders.
The current build is version v0.1, released on March 6, 2024. It is an initial release rather than a finished game, and the changelog notes 100 renders. The game runs on Windows and is available in English and Portuguese. It is uncensored.
Developer's description
The game tells the story of Billy, who has lived with Janine since he was a child. Billy has a rare disease that causes him to appear childlike, and as a result, he does not get along well with the girls at his school. Billy's large penis sets him apart from most men. He is horny and enjoys masturbating, either with women's pants or spying on them. He plans to use his large penis to his advantage in the porn acting industry.
