Live with MILF is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by Net-Work. It uses animated 3DCG visuals and combines adventure, harem, and teasing themes. You play a teenager who has spent his time studying rather than partying or talking with girls. The story begins on his graduation day from a local college, when he becomes an adult and sees his fantasies and a changed world open around him.
The current build is v0.5c, released on April 22, 2023, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows and Linux, in English and Italian, and is uncensored. The latest update fully edited the dialogue, credited Saint Blackmoor for help, and fixed another bug. Earlier updates added Italian language support, new scenes, animations, locations, a story mode, and animation speed control.
