About Living in a Room with a Poison-tongued Demon and a Tight-lipped Angel

Living in a Room with a Poison-tongued Demon and a Tight-lipped Angel is a 2D CG adventure game by Waffle, built with the Others engine. You play as Yahiko Tominaga, an office worker in a travel agency planning department. He lives alone in a run-down wooden apartment over fifty years old, without a bathroom, while struggling with money, self-care, and a strong sex drive. His work life is bleak: he loses tour plans, faces his boss’s accusations, and returns exhausted each night. The messy room mirrors his mind, yet he is portrayed as gentle and conflict-averse.

The listed build is v1.0, released April 26, 2024, for Windows. The English version is a machine translation by Sugoi TL, and adult scenes are shown with mosaics. The game presents a fantasy-themed situation through 2D CG visuals and adventure-game structure.

Developer's description

Yahiko Tominaga (Tominaga Yahiko) The main character is an office worker who belongs to the planning department of a travel agency. He is obese and a virgin. He lives alone in a wooden apartment without a bathroom that was built over 50 years ago. His sexual desire is higher than most people’s, but he always lacks money and is unable to look after himself or go to sex clubs. He continues to lose his tour plans, and each time his boss accuses him of power harassment, and he goes home exhausted every night. He eats only to nourish himself and sleeps like dirt. Every day that repeats. The room, which cannot be cleaned, is in disrepair, as if it is a reflection of the protagonist’s mind. Still, be desperate and do what you want! The fact that he doesn’t burst into laughter seems to indicate the gentle character and good nature of the main character, who hates conflict.
