No doubts this is the best of its genre. The monochrome artstyle with its low resolution needed some getting used to, but I quickly started appreciating it. Very cute style that manages to be dynamic and fresh with good details. Very competent animations too. The story is a bit cliche, but it works. The dialogues are a bit boring sometimes but the party dynamic is good enough and the relationship progress with the sister is on point. The world building is interesting where it's a medieval fantasy setting with rubber condoms, modern bathrooms and ero mangas (probably a remain of the prequel set in modern days). Gameplay is great. You manage energy, moods, items, stats, money, quests, arousal, weekend tasks, and more. The combat itself is very simple, but it needs a lot of preparation on some fights. The weekly quests and 100th day deadline stimulates you to not just fool around but it's very chill to progress on normal difficulty, while managing to not feel repetitive. There is a lot of content and I am still not sure if I saw everything after completing the DLC. The relationship and erotic interactions are top-notch with the previously described aspects... However it's missing a bit on the audio department. I mean, the soundtrack is good. But the erotic actions are almost muted, with only a few sloppy wet sounds and dialogue beeps. I'm not asking for full voice acting, but they really deserved some moans and groans to break the silence. The sex sections are still great, but I would love them more with this cherry on top.

An absolute masterpiece and I accidentally got the pregnancy end (super adorable btw) really early so now I need another play through to see more of the story as well as the other girls. I was even using the pink pill after sex, so maybe it was a night nakadashi that did it even though I used the plan B the next day. Fuck condoms but I guess I'll be extra careful next time. So beware it is considered a game over even if it is a sweet ending.

I am a hardcore gamer and I try to give every genre a shot. Around a decade ago I played my first Hgame with a popular title from Steam(I can't recall). Honestly, I found it pathetic. It felt like it was a game for the virgins in a way they want to believe how the world is and I didn't play any Hgames ever again.. till this one. I first saw this game in Steam but reviews were indicating there is more content in other versions, so I started searched and found this website. I was hesitant to create an account for "a porn game website" but soon I realized how narrow minded I am. Eventually my curiosity overcome my ignorance and created this account and played this game as my first download from the site. I wasn't expecting anything this engaging, especially when you consider this is an incest game and I don't have anything with incest kink..? I realized your kinks don't have to be aligning with your irl mentality. I like animes but hate the cute ones yet this game is so cute and heartwarming combined with incest content which normally should make me puke. On the contrary this game changed my whole point of view, so I tried give a shot to every major title for each kink and I noticed I enjoyed almost all of them. It was not the kinks make them attractive, it was the passion the developer put on his work. And this game is one of the best example for it. You can play the prequel just to understand how Inusuku developed this passion project through years. TLDR; if you are new to the site and hesitant, just stop worrying and download this game. I am pretty sure every other veteran of the site played this dozens of times or purposefully avoiding it.

IMHO it's the best NSFW game i have ever played: excellent, gradual and smart progression of the relationship (this aspect is the most important for me along with graphics of course) good art and animation: most H-scenes are interactive interesting gameplay and battle system for this type of game excellent balance between gameplay complexity, H-content and story (i hate games with tons of text and no actual gameplay) great music But nothing is ideal: the story is short and fairly simple: i would like to see more interactions, especially sexual ones, with the outside world and different factions a lack of content and relationship development with the teammate girls 9.5/10

Just great ... Many details, very well drawn. Long but not too long. Would recommend. The colour mod is great but unfinished. There are different DLC and version so look around. Not much more to say that to try it out.

The fact that this game has a pregnancy mechanic, which it treats as a bad ending, is a deal-breaker in this genre. No one wants "safe sex" lectures inserted into their FANTASY game that takes place in a FANTASY world. And the fact that this game received so much critical acclaim has been catastrophic for the cohab sim genre in general, as everyone wants to be the next Inusuke so they include unnecessary "safe sex" lectures which kill the mood. Game could have legitimately deserved a five-star rating if Inusuke had simply omitted the pregnancy mechanic entirely. Instead, the fact that it exists and is treated as something to be avoided is a catastrophic failure in game design. If the developer can't portray pregnancy as a good thing, he shouldn't portray it at all. And Inusuku himself seemed to learn this lesson by the time he made "Sister Travel," where he coined the phrase, "It's not sex if you don't cum inside."

Living with Sister (9/10) probably GOD tier considering the post vibes playing Pros: Cute art style, the game has its own unique vibe thanks to the monochrome visuals and the soundtrack. Loads of hidden and varied H-content. The story and the sister’s development have a really smooth and engaging pacing early on — the sister is absolute top tier. Cons: Mid-to-late game gets grindy, making you repeat the same stuff for only a small amount of new content. You can’t romance the other girls (even though the game teases it), combat is dull, and the nighttime segments get repetitive.

I legit played this for 5 hours straight and didnt realize time just passed. besides the ero stuff the gameplay have you interacting with the world and improving yourself as a major part of the gameplay loop and honestly even without the ero part just that alone is worth the hours of game time. a year later and i have nearly 500 hours in this game and it still doesnt get old with how much new or small stuff you can find in your playthroughs and the mods and community is also great. Also i didnt expect the feels i will experience with the setting sun as a backdrop and the cast being such a solid character and a fully fleshed out dialogue.

unique gem. It feels a little bit unfinished around it's "DLC" and I hope, there will be a last update to it. I hope there will be other games like this eventually. Until then I cannot encourage you enough, to try this one out.

I usually don't give review to any game but do play it but this is game was so good that it deserves a review So here we go The story is pretty okay it's not like a game where story truly will matter to you but it's definitely good specifically the bond and stuff you share with your sister is 10/10 Gameplay is pretty simple and it's basically at morning time you can either train your stats for battle or earn money, after returning you can spend some time with your sister by talking and corrupting her since the entire game is based on corruption your main game will be to corrupt her and it may require lots of grinding but the night time touch game is very fun after her corruption is high you can have sex with her while she's awake and even in the bathroom and there's multiple choice and freedom with equal amount of Anal, Vaginal content for both Grinding is pretty long in this game but it's not something you won't enjoy most of the time you will forget that by focusing on combat which is pretty fun and the story for the tournament will keep you occupied until you reached good amount of corruption but in gameplay yeah it's lot of grinding but worth it The game has multiple ending and some of them are pretty brutal which can ruin your progress so heavily recommended to use a guide to avoid those ending otherwise consider grinding back Overall it is a 10/10 game definitely worth playing if you just like h stuff it doesn't matter even if you are not into these stuff the game is fun and you spend multiple hours even mine itself is 30+ which is a lot for a touching game So basically go for it and don't miss it out

tl;dr: i thought at first it was a short game with limited interactions but it's quite the opposite, a lot of thought was put into it. expect fun gameplay and very well made interactions with a slow but natural and very rewarding progression. animations are better than you expect from this type of game the characteristic which elevates this game from excellent to a supreme degree is the progression in which the sister becomes hornier and the fact that is consistent in every aspect of the game: while it's fun to test what actions she likes or bother her depending on the trust and interest levels, i think it's incredibly hotter how she also surprises you with different attitudes and unlocking new interactions because the game is rewarding you with reciprocal interest at a rhythm that feels very organic and natural. the new dialogs when some actions repeat also demonstrate this progression and even the descriptions in the pantsu inventory. particularly, i have a kink for anal and butt stuff, so the game recognizing this preference scratched an itch i had in the most satisfying way possible. i thought it was a short game so the first time i played i didn't put much effort in learning the game mechanics so i got stuck in a feedback loop of mc having bad mood, poor quality sleep and low energy, which means very frustrating limited actions. i'm glad i gave it a second opportunity. thanks to advices from people in here and after giving more attention to the game mechanics i think i have a new favorite.

Basically this game sets the standard for the cohabitation genre. it IS the 5 star cohabitation game, while there are some downsides to the game and its not perfect, i simply cant give anything less than 5 stars to a game that has yet to be eclipsed.

Living with Sister is my favorite h game of all time. The difficulty in the beginning is good as you figure things out. The story is solid as you progress and the grind is medium. There's a new game plus mode where you start out with additional resources based on past performances which I enjoy. The progression of the sister is A+ and not overly rushed. I can't gush about the game enough.

Pretty dense game, very grindy and will entertain you for a while. But I was really disapointed, seing the game's rank I expected it to be the best of the best, but honestly it lacks in mostly all categories: -gameplay : at first glance i thought this game was gonna be really complex , it turned out it was the opposite: very few fights, very simple gameplay. And the progression is slow and complex. -H aspects: The lacks of sound is a major flaw in my opinion, moreover, most animation are poorly done, with only 2 frame per animation mostly. The "night time" was also a disappointement: no freedom in movements (only imposed actions and poses) lacks of animation (you only see the animation in a pop up) and the progression is so much boring, like you have to grind for hours just in order to do some spicy stuff. Moreover, there isn't much guidance so you have to figure if you unlocked something by repeting every animation possible to see if others options are available. -story: Basic story and honestly perfect for casual gameplay, but over 100 days is in my opinion a bit overkill and the fact that you can only romance your sis make side characters useless. -extra: really good music, with the color mods its really nice for the eyes nothing bad to say here. In conclusion, a nice game (with mods especially) but that lacks the thing to make it in the top 10 in my opinion, i find it really overrated

This game's a masterpiece, the translation is pretty good and the mods had quite a lot effort put in, they actually fit with the game's base artstyle, really enjoyed the whole experience. Once thing i would love is to see more CG's with the other characters and that they were cannonic.

One of the best if not THE best hentai game I've played, but I would only rate it about 9.5/10. My personal main gripe with it is the fact that pregnancy can only lead to an ending, and that there is no content regarding it after/other than the ending. No after-end scene, no visual changes before the ending happens, none of any of that. I'm aware that "incest is bad"; and don't get me wrong, it is, but having it happen ONCE in a family tree will most likely not lead to your following family being made up of mutants. Other than that: 1. I wish some parts of the game were better explained. Lots of pretty important gameplay details just aren't explained at all, so heavy experimentation or just looking up answers feels necessary. 2. The game has lots of RNG elements, which is both a good and a bad thing in my opinion. This feels like a very intentional part of the game, so I can't complain much, but it makes learning the game a bit of a rough experience with so many things being able to fuck you over. About the things I like about the game... it would be almost everything else, so those would be too many to list. The thing I like most I think would be the the ways that you go about... corrupting your imouto, so to say. Getting her to listen to your requests, then getting her to enjoy fulfilling them, then getting her to even ask you for certain things at certain points as well. It feels like a pretty natural progression and gets you more invested into the game and your imouto. What I used to play the game was 妹prpr's translation revision version, as well as Daeson's Color Mod. These two, but especially Daseson's Color Mod, made my experience of the game 3 times as enjoyable as it would've been without their additions to the game, so I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart <3

It's a decently well-made game as you would expect from an experienced dev / published JP game. Aesthetically it matches exactly what it looks like from the preview. It's worth playing if you like the look and theme, however it's not an especially standout game for those looking for good gameplay or story. The actual gameplay is quite grindy. Even with the skip key (z) held, there's a ton of transitions. Some interactions which are somewhat core to the game, like buying items from shops, are weekend only, while the stat-training options you get are RNG per-day. Even your O-meter fills slowly (although at least you don't have to spam click...) so you kind of just have to wait for it. The CG gallery, which as I understand was added in the DLC, seems frustratingly incomplete. There's lots of H and non-H scenes throughout the game, triggered by certain actions/RNG, which don't show up there. Considering the scenes are the payoff of grinding, that's a major flaw IMO.
