Lost at Birth is a Ren'Py visual novel by V19, presented with animated 3D CG artwork. You play an ordinary man with a steady job, a nice home, a comfortable routine, and a marriage that feels pleasantly dull. He seeks excitement through hidden side affairs, and the story shifts when a young woman appears with a birth certificate. The game combines adult themes such as cheating, corruption, and exhibitionism with visual novel play.
Development is ongoing, with the current build released as Ch. 10 CE Part 1 on June 28, 2025. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, is English, and is uncensored. The latest update added Chapter 10 Part 1, six animations, new music, bug fixes, a reworked UI, a reworked new game screen, 24 save slots, a scene unlock button, and a chapter unlock button.
