Love at Work is an adult visual novel by Charmerscove, built in Unity. It mixes sandbox and dating sim play. You take on the role of a young man starting a new office job. As you move around the workplace, you meet several women, each with a personality and story of their own. Your choices shape relationships and can lead either toward romance or toward riskier office encounters. The visuals use animated 2D CG artwork.
The current build is v4.0, released July 22, 2026. Development is ongoing, with this update concluding the main hero's story and adding endings for Lisa, Jane, and Mia. It also introduces a shop tab where coins can buy new art, reworks music so each location has its own soundtrack, adds 20 new CGs to the gallery, and includes four new languages: Turkish, Polish, Thai, and Italian. The Steam version also adds 30 achievements and cloud saves. The game runs on Windows and Android, is uncensored, and offers English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Korean, and Japanese.
