v2.4demo The story really doesn't dig deep on character development. So sometimes it's hard to come back to this game, as someone else said you aren't drawn in since the story is weak. I enjoyed the art style, even if it's not my favorite style. I don't play with sound, so i can't say if there is any. Very simple mechanics here. Your job pays for food and rent. So most of the time you are grinding at mini games to buy the things you need to continue the quests. There are 3 girls that you interact with. The story is kinetic, so you can't really make a wrong move, you just decide what scenes you will see. It should be interesting to see where the story is going to go. The animations are simple but better then do the job.

The animation is beautiful and the game is very cute. I don't care that it's a grind that needs to be squeezed, but it's hard for me to play a game that doesn't have a sighing sound and a flick sound that gives me a slap in the butt. It takes me out of the game.

Review for Love at Work [v2.0 Demo]: Overall: 3/5 - Nice art, frequent but small updates. However, there's nothing about the game that really draws you in or makes you want to come back. It's worth a try if you're bored. Story: 2/5 - Overall, the story is weak and there's nothing really engaging about it. All of the concepts, like photoshoots and massages, are cliché. Writing: 4/5 - Not great, but it's fine for a porn game and easily 4-stars by F95 game standards. Art/Renders: 4.5/5 - The art is objectively very good. Animations: 3/5 - At least they're not jerky two-frame, but they're cheapened by the MC being shown as a single dismembered body part. Sound: 3/5 - The background music is terrible. The UI sounds are good. Content: 2/5 - There's an average amount of lewd content for the amount of development time, but the non-lewd content and the relationship building is weak. The sex animations are always with a dismembered hand, tongue, or penis. It's cheap and ruins immersion. Gameplay: 2/5 - It's mostly and unoriginal grindy sandbox with a sprinkling of tediousness. The brain-dead minigames feel like they were designed for pre-adolescents. The UI could use some optimization. Pros: Tracking a specific storyline and always showing the next hint and quest marker (in this game, it's the little white flower) for it is a rare feature that more developers should implement. The game automatically saves for you. That should mean there's no way to get a game over or to completely mess up a storyline that can't be fixed. Cons: Opening the map is tedious. It needs a permanent icon at the top of the UI instead of the animated side menu. Annoying delays in being able to click elements of the UI. Items in the store are ridiculously/disproportionately priced specifically to create additional grind. The grindy progression logic allows the MC to have sex with the love-interests before the player reaches that point in the love-interest's storyline, and it makes some story events illogical. This is a fairly common bug in sandbox games. Neutral: The storyline with the MC's work is unusual in that every work day has unique dialogue, interactions, renders, etc. which is good, but that also means that storyline is a lot of development work and the slowest to progress. Originality: 1/5 - Nothing in this game is original. An AI could've created it from the adult games available 20 years ago. Bugs: 5/5 - I didn't encounter any, aside from what I think is a logic bug in grind progression mentioned above.

Tedious and definitely not a sandbox. You have to play 2 minigames to earn money in order to buy quest items to move on with the story. Meanwhile, you feel no connection to Main Char or any of his Love Interests. The model of the Main Girl is hot, but goes from talking to you to having sex so fast you really don't care for it. I feel as if it lacking soul

The game makes a good first impression. The UI is well-designed and user-friendly, which makes playing smooth and enjoyable. The graphics and art style are pleasant, with a consistent and polished look. At this stage, the game is relatively short, but what’s available feels solid. There’s very little grind, which is a nice change compared to similar titles. Overall, I think it has strong potential.

How do you save the progress in this nutcase grind fest? First you have a regular 9 to 5 job and can work part time also in the evening. Great right? But a few minutes of play in and THAT story line suddenly ends and you are still playing yourself but now you have to work at the shitty part time job mini game only to make money and try romancing the girl ityy bit by itty bit each morning. Not worth my time in my opinion. Hard pass on the unneccesary grindy minigame. But the girl does look hot. Too bad that by the time you finally get to stick it into that it will be several updates down the road.
