Fallen Eros created Lustful Wife Aiko, an adult visual novel made in Ren'Py with 2D CG visuals. You play Hitoshi, a husband who begins to suspect his wife Aiko of cheating with her boss. As those doubts turn into forbidden desires, the story asks whether embracing a cuckold lifestyle will destroy him.
Development is ongoing. The current Patreon release is version 0.8.1, dated September 15, 2026, for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, with no censorship. The latest changelog entry, 0.8.0, added five new CG illustrations, including one for the first scene, bringing the main CG count to 26, plus two new outfits for Aiko and 5,700 words, for a total of 52,200 words. It supports desktop and mobile play across those platforms.

This update will continue where Hitoshi received a suggestive photo of Aiko at the drinking party. What will he do? What will Aiko say when confronted? Ryou seems like a good guy, right? Aiko is a loyal wife, so he has nothing to worry about... right? If you like mystery, you are at the right place!
I made 2 new explicit illustrations. I think they are very spicy and personally I love them a lot! The script ended up being 6K words. The original drafts are way shorter, but when I'm writing this story, it just keeps giving and unraveling, so I have fun with it and don't constraint myself. I'm please with the result, though. It reads better than what I had in mind.
I also added Yuki's and Watanabe's side images. Now you can see how they look like. They are the protagonist's coworkers and will appear as secondary characters. I'm having a lot of fun writing Watanabe. He is the comedic relief of the series and a hopeless otaku.
