I didn't have any high hopes for the plot going in, I was just in the mood for a porn AVN, but still got an unpleasant surprise. Pros: 1) Visuals are somewhat good; 2) Gameplay elements; 3) Some effort was put into designing the LIs. Cons: 1) This game has a premise. It'd be better off without one, as it just paints the MC in a bad light and… drops the story there. 2) The MC sucks total ass, this is one of the most pathetic MCs I've ever seen. He's either getting humiliated or is being a perv. Also, he looks underage. 3) The mom is outright rapey. 4) Every path requires the MC to be a perv at some point. 5) No wholesome path. I cracked the gallery, and on one path you humiliate the dad, who's a nice fella; on another, you treat the aunt like a toy… dafuq? Is there no love in this game? 6) Some characters get no content for prolonged periods of time despite being prominent early (the shrink, the school friend). I mean, the principal tells the MC to keep visiting the psychologist, MC gets sexually assaulted by his mother and… doesn't go? 7) Rapey mother aside, the sisters are too quick to fall for MC as well. This one is fairly minor though, as this kinda AVN often requires that. One star. This game is the embodiment of every bad stereotype on incest AVNs and AVNs in general.
i'm so disappointed. the characters are hot, the scenes too but damn the lack of proper endings really hits it in the balls. It's also nice to see a sudden "work in progress" once the story starts to pick up for a character. Game been flagged as complete for more than 2 years but it's not complete at all.
The truth is that it's a very good game. I had a great time playing it, without any bugs or anything strange. It has a very good plot and is very well made. I hope more games like this come out, with this type of well developed plot.
The best adult game I've ever played. I think it's legendary for its time. The character design, animations, and story are very well done. The game's developers deserve congratulations. It's a huge undertaking.
The game has decent art and characters, but suffers from awkward navigation, boring grinding. The most egregious flaw is the complete lack of a proper ending. You basically develop each character separately, and when you're done everything just stops. There's also one character who is a complete dead end, nothing interesting happens with her, plus another character whose story ends really awkwardly.
I have to give this game 5 stars - for being a pioneer, for having super hot chicks when every other game looked like shit, and for outstandingly trolling its fans. A developer who hates his job, actively tries to destroy any goodwill, and ultimately disappears into obscurity? It's a story fit for a movie. On top of that, despite shooting himself in the foot in every possible way, he still manages to create something wonderful. Unbelievable.
I repeated this game 3 times, in different years, and each time this game felt like the best porn game there is. Now in 2026? It still felt like it was the best porn game there is. And sadly for all of us it's an ICSTOR game, we are never seeing a new ICSTOR game again, it's over, that dev is not hungry anymore, he hasn't been for a long time. Five deserved stars to the best game on F95ZONE Now if I can only find a game of this caliber, it's very tough I played most of the popular games that had atleast a completed season 1 and nothing is this good. Amazing animations, amazing girls, not the best story, but it might be the best writer still for porno games, so my salutes to the writer as well. Great variations of kinks, but nothing too crazy like say Fetish Locator, so people who are vanilla and a little kinky will feel comfortable playing Milfy City. I wonder now that I finally finished the complete game, will I ever revisit it just to replay it?

Lost count of orgasms achieved. 5 stars. Pros: Outstanding foot fetish content and character feet assets are well above average, impreg fetish teased frequently (but never follows through unfortunately during main story), ample repeatable scenes and content to explore in game rather than only reviewing a gallery (provided you use the strongly recommended content restoration mods), majority of characters are very attractive designs. Cons: Not the best UI, slow/late start for some characters, uneven progression of intimacy for some characters (e.g. bj after penetration), unclear what choices matter or are correct even when using color coded choices so make constant new saves, easily missable content, getting $1000 late in the game is uncool grind, EASILY missable secret gallery images due to ridiculous hidden boxes (strongly recommend gallery unlocker post playthrough), some character designs feel redundant, other minor gripes.
I played version 1.0e with the Content Restoration mod (includes incest patch). Given that, I won't comment on bugs or the short, restored content as that wouldn't be fair to the developer. When reviewing these kinds of games, it's the sex scenes that matter the most to me. The scenes in Milfy city are OK, but not particularly...satisfying. What I liked: Attractive characters with a good range of body types. Harem style allowing you to have just about everyone without significant consequence. A large variety of sexual situations (e.g., deflowering, domination, cuck, foot fetish, cheating, etc.). More than I've seen in other games. Length of story. Despite some storylines not being finished (and I think cut in the Steam version), there is lots of content. However, ultimately, the cons outweighed the pros for me including: No sound during scenes. Not sound effects, no female moaning or squealing. Limited animation (i.e. motion). What's more, animations were often interrupted by dialog. Much better to allow the scene to run even as you go through the dialog. No option to return to positions before ending. No camera or speed control. No scenes with Macy...arguably the best suited character to the MC. A shame. No real story. It's really just a "day in the life" type game that does not have a defined ending. Both pace and disconnectedness of "paths." The last point was the biggest issue for me. While you have many love interests, or paths, you can pursue, the complete isolation from other paths was distracting. For example, you may ask your mother (Linda) if pursuing your sisters (Caroline & Sarah) would be OK...despite that fact you've already bedded both of them. Or you sincerely promise not to cheat...yet you are banging anything that moves. I suspect each path was developed independently as the game came together and not as an overall comprehensive story. Pacing was also a big issue. I found myself "finished" with Sarah only half way through the game. It was akward to suddenly have no more content with my sister as I finished pursuing my older sister and mother. It also contributed to the disconnectedness I mentioned earlier. I've ready many reviews commenting on the age of this game, so it may not be fair to compare it to more recent games where developers have learned more about what works and doesn't work. If you are looking for a game with top notch sex scenes, I would not recommend Milfy City. However, if you'd like to play a game where your character is free to experience a variety of different sexual situations and scenarios, I recommend this game.
Poor graphics Boring storyline a lot of the time. Very poorly done sandbox. Navigation is horrid Things happen out of order You can have tons of sex w the 3 girls in the house and they never know about eachother....dumb..... A main character that is super ignorant and wimpy. The mini-games and method of making money are really bad. Many other things..... "In development" for almost 6 years and still didn't finish it, just put a big the end sticker on it. Very poor form by the developer.
You definitively see in the meantime big differences in the AVN/game scene. This one here is not in the upper league any longer, surely has been good when coming on the market 7 years ago. The path to have four activities across the day is often used in games, but again, there are surely better ones than this one. So I started but stopped at the beginning of the second week. Will not go on with it.
I have played this game so many times that I genuinely cannot remember. It's the game that made me discover this website and I will be forever grateful to Icstor. That said, narrative is excellent, storyline has logic and sex scene are absolutely amazing.
It´s the most average porn game ever but it fails at every aspect. Music is extremly annyoing. The models look dull and there is almost no variaty. The minigames are abysmal , the climbing by the aunt and neightbour is way too long, the clothe shop minigame woulb be decent if it didn´t take so long, the memory minigame which is one of the best ways to make money is too long and even worse you can´t give up so if you have bad luck and know you will lose you either wait till the time is up or close the game, the warehouse stealth is garbage, the cleaning minigame at the office is meh, the swimming minigame is time wasting because the first rounds you must lose but still see the whole minigame. The sex scenes and animation are just generic and boring, the animation look very robotic and just feel dry and lifeless. The first few times you see them they are good but only the first few times. The secret scenes are bad, they are either very small and only 1 in one location or big and like 4 in one location it felt like there were meant to be at max 50 not 150. The stories are extremly badly paced and often don´t even have an end , zuri just ends, daliha ends at an extremly bad moment, neightbour says work in progress, what do you mean work in progress the game is completed it´s so lazy. The teacher blackmail stuff badly paced and the she changes her personality too frequently. The aunt stuff just bad you practically rape her and it´s played off like it´s her fault for not being sexualy open enough, she said multiple times she is lesbian you are her wife why does the story make it seem like i isn´t fucked up, I don´t mind turning lesbinas into bi or whatever in games or doing immoral stuff but here it feels like the tone and writting is just bad. The mother stuff was okay at first but the weird inclusion of the father who is a good father, and the MC likes him and has a good bond with him just makes the MC look like an selfish bad person and not in a fun or perverted way. I don´t mind cucking your father, I don´t mind stealing you mom from him, but either be evil about, smug, or feel extremly guilty not just "oh man I feel so bad for my father whose life I just ruined, oh well I will do nothing about it and continue." The character are mostly boring, the sex scenes happen way too easily and everyone is just horny or a slut but not in a perverted way just in a badly written way. Also the MC is just bad, I don´t mind a MC who is either Nerd/Cool/Virgin pathetic/Sadistic/Timid/Creepy/Rapey/Nice/Romantic/Dumb/Smart and of couse a combination of those is okay too, but what isn´t okay is when every one of those traits in in the MC and he always acts different, the writing with the MC is just so completly garbage, and he isn´t even charasmatic or funny to play as just annoying. I really don´t like this game at all, but I guess if you are new to porn games it´s an okay starting point.
It is hard to rate and review this one. Many consider this game as a milestone and I can't deny that. Yet, even this final version feels uncompleted. This, ofc, does not mean you won't have fun playing this game. You will love it but, in the end, you will feel there had to be much more than this... No need to be emotional... There are many other good games similar to Milfy City. It won't take long to forget this one anyway.
With that many beautiful girls and universe the story is very lacking. You just got caught and caught again and this shit actually works and girls starting to like you even you are a creep! I had such high hopes yet it has bad romance, no choices, things like always asking to equip item instead of using auto. Solid disappointment.

The romance in the game feels really underdeveloped, it's more of a superficial gallery of open pussys with blank faces. This extends to the animations, which are technically very good (at the start) but don't have any feeling. Poor UI, buggy, if you are reading reviews for porn games I'm sure you have played games like this before.
What can I say about Milfy City? Weak storyline. Lots of repetitive scenes, and even though there are many characters, they are very dull. The main character tries to be charismatic, but is quite expressionless. The sex scenes are very repetitive. The female characters' bodies are practically identical; there are no chubby or black characters. The graphical interface is horrible and counterintuitive. I have to click seven times to do something that in other games takes only one or two clicks, which is to return to the protagonist's room. The bonus scene system is boring. What stands out in the game are the very fluid animations and the mission guide.
